and furnished for dining and dine al fresco, preparing a tasty dinner.
Under the shaded veranda, the ground floor of the villa, there is also a
table football to be able to challenge your friends and fellow travellers in the exciting tournaments. Also, there are bike for free riding in the countryside around the villa or to reach the beautiful centre of Ostuni, the White City.

bathrooms. The ideal solution, therefore, is not only for large families
or groups of friends, but also for groups of two families on holiday
together, who want to maintain their confidentiality and privacy.
The first floor,
reachable by a staircase consisting of a few comfortable steps, over a
large picture window, opens to the living room. It is a room very
bright, with dining area and relaxation corner with a sofa and a tv.
Next there is a well equipped kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher.
The sleeping area of this floor is composed by 2 double bedrooms and
two bathrooms with shower.
The ground floor, as well as a
lovely veranda which used to be the elegant dining room, there is a
living room with a relaxation area furnished with sofas and a tv. From
here you can go to the kitchen. Also the night area of the ground floor
is composed by 2 double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.

Villa Joy is located in Ostuni,
in the countryside, but just a handful of kilometres from the centre of
the White City where there are all the main tourist services and at the
person. The historic centre and the excellent tradition of food and
wine deserve to be discovered. The Adriatic Sea is very close. The beaches the
closest are just 10 kilometres away from the villa. The beaches of
Ostuni are the long, golden, the sea is clean and its resorts have
received over the years several awards. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
