Semi-detached house no. 54d with terrace & balcony - W: Beach houses at Dünenweg 54 a - h

The semi-detached house (Non smoking) with its 55 m² living space offers enough space for 4 adults + 1 infant up to 3 years in cot. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living / dining area let in plenty of natural light and give you direct access to the covered and furnished terrace (south-east). This is rounded off by a grill. The cozy, Swedish-style living area is furnished with a couch corner, coffee table, LCD TV with HD quality and satellite channels, DVD player with radio and a sideboard made of natural wood. For the cooler days, the fireplace and underfloor heating provide a pleasant warmth. Your entertainment technique is rounded off by a free Wi-Fi access. The adjoining kitchenette with oven, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge + freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and small kitchen utensils leaves nothing to be desired. You can have your meals at the accompanying dining table with 4 chairs. Upstairs are both bedrooms each with 2 box spring beds (each with 0.80 m x 2.00 m), dessert trays, safe and a wardrobe are equipped. Both bedrooms open onto the balcony. In addition, you can put a travel cot in one of the bedrooms. The daylight bathroom at the same height was equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, washing area, towel dryer and hair dryer. For our little guests there are 1x high chair and 1x travel cot (without mattress, without Bettinlett) included. 2 small pets are welcome guests. On request, you can use a sauna on request for a fee.  The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 12,00 € per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

Would you like to spend your holidays on a dune on the beautiful beach and surrounded by protecting old pine trees? Then come in one of our 8 semi-detached houses which are furnished with great attention to detail in the Swedish style. They can accommodate 4 adults each + 1 toddler up to 3 years in travel cot. All houses have a covered terrace and balcony. In the neighborhood there is a bakery that serves as well as fresh baked goods and food as an information point (closing times always from 07. 01. - 1 week before Easter). You can also use a wash house for a fee. A special feature is our fine sandy beach directly behind the dune. The wide beach and shallow water extend over 1km and invite you to swim and relax. A well-developed hiking and biking trail on the dune leads to the neighboring villages Göhren and Sellin. The Baltic Sea Baabe offers a good infrastructure with many shops, restaurants and entertainment. The promenade and the Kurmuschel are only about 300m away. As a spa guest you can use our Baaber Bäderbahn and the bus connection between Sellin and Klein Zicker free of charge. Boat trips are also possible from our small harbor on the western side of the village (Selliner See). If you want to continue, you can explore the island on foot, by bike, car or the "Raging Roland".
