A warm welcome to the exclusively furnished “Blaue Oase” vacation rental (No. 05), located in the Parkvilla Candela in the Baltic Sea resort town of Baabe. Parkvilla Candela is situated in a prime location. The fine-sand beach, which stretches for about 7 km from the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin to the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren, is just a 300-meter walk away. There, you can spend a relaxing day at the beach, enjoy water sports (windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing), or take long walks along the beach or on the boardwalk. After breakfast in the morning sun, you can set out on cycling or hiking adventures right from your doorstep. Enjoy the evening sun on the balcony overlooking the park. Various restaurants, cafés, and boutiques are within a convenient 5-minute walk, as are several shopping options, the bakery, and the bus and train stops (Rasender Roland). You can park your car in the underground garage and take the elevator directly to the apartment on the 1st floor. A public electric vehicle charging station is about 10 meters away.



Parkvilla Candela Apt. 05 “Blaue Oase” with Balcony:

The stylishly and comfortably furnished non-smoking vacation apartment “Blaue Oase” is located on the 1st floor of the building. The two-room apartment offers 51 square meters of space for up to 3 adults to feel at home and relax. The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail to ensure a pleasant stay. It is fully equipped with insect screens and is allergy-friendly. The open-concept living area is furnished with modern pieces and features a comfortable pull-out couch (1.60 m x 2.00 m) in a stylish blue, as well as an armchair, a coffee table, a floor lamp, a sideboard, and a display cabinet. For entertainment, you’ll find a Smart TV and a DAB radio with Bluetooth, as well as free Wi-Fi. From here, you can also step out onto the covered balcony (facing north), where a seating area awaits for a cozy end to the day in the evening sun. From there, you can enjoy a relaxing view of the park. The high-quality, built-in kitchen in a country-style design features a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, egg cooker, and a wide range of kitchen utensils. The dining area is adjacent and consists of a dining table and upholstered chairs. The windows here face east, so you can enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast. For a restful night’s sleep, a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with adjustable slatted frames is provided. A nightstand with lamps, a spacious wardrobe, and blackout curtains complete the bedroom’s furnishings. All rooms feature high-quality vinyl flooring with a beautiful oak finish. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth on cooler days. The en suite bathroom includes a vanity, a wall mirror, a walk-in rain shower, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer. The hallway is furnished with a dresser, a mirror, and a wall cabinet. The apartment is equipped with a vacuum cleaner, a clothes drying rack, and cleaning supplies. You can park and secure your own or rented bicycles in a bike rack located in the landscaped outdoor area. A parking space (No. 95) is available for you in the underground garage (entry height 2.15 m). From there, you can conveniently take the elevator with your luggage and groceries up to the “Blaue Oase” apartment on the 1st floor. Pets are not allowed. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive one dish towel and one shower mat as a one-time bonus. Enjoy your stay at the Blue Oasis—simply a place of well-being.
