The building features a total of 23 exclusive vacation apartments, as well as a sauna, coin-operated washing machine and dryer, and an elevator. Bicycle storage is also available. The fine sandy beach is about 100 meters away, where you can enjoy long walks on the beach—not just during the swimming season. You can plan trips to various attractions, as well as visit cafés and restaurants, all just a few minutes’ walk from the Grüne Düne.<br><br><br><br>Grüne Düne Apt. 04 Dünentraum with Terrace:<br><br>The brightly furnished, non-smoking vacation apartment Apartment 04 Dünentraum, with its approx. 59 m², is located on the first floor of the building and offers plenty of space for up to 4 adults + 1 toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator. The living area stands out with its floor-to-ceiling windows and faces the forest. The highlight: from the terrace (west-facing), you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and can soak up the evening sun as it filters through the tops of the beach pines. A three-seater sofa with a coffee table, a smart TV, a DVD player, a radio with a CD player and USB port, as well as Wi-Fi and an Alexa speaker, round out the living area. The adjacent kitchenette flows seamlessly into the living area and its dining nook, which features a spacious corner bench. It features a stainless-steel sink, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a combination range hood and extractor fan, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a kitchen mixer, and various kitchen utensils. This way, you can enjoy every meal. Each of the two bedrooms features a comfortable double bed upholstered in genuine leather and at a comfortable height (2 x 0.90 m x 2.00 m), complete with nightstand shelves, insect screens, blackout options, and a large closet. There is an additional TV in one of the bedrooms. All rooms are tiled. The two interior bathrooms, each featuring a sink, a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, a toilet, and a heated towel rack, round out the amenities. The spacious, furnished terrace with a sea view is accessible from the living/dining area, where you’ll also find a screen door. Cleaning supplies, as well as an ironing board and iron, are also provided in the apartment. Pets are not allowed. A private underground parking space (No. 04, clearance height 2.00 m) is included and available to you in the building. Bicycles you’ve rented or brought with you can be parked in front of the building or in the bike storage room.
