By south west orientation of the apartment you can enjoy the sun until the evening hours. On the associated underground parking your car is cooled always pleasant even on hot days. By lift you will reach directly from the parking space to the floor of the apartment.

The apartment (non-smoking) for max. 2 persons with approx. 37 sqm is located in a house built in 2003 with other apartments in the beach road No. 27, about 200 m from the beach. The apartment starfish (no. 07) is located at the 1. Floor and can be easily reached by elevator. The large living / sleeping area is equipped with 2 comfortable single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m) on the corner, book-colored add-on furniture with ample storage space, desk and light armchairs with a glass table. A flat-screen TV with Blu-Ray / DVD player and a hi-fi system are also available. All floors are fully tiled. The small kitchen with beech colored kitchenette and dining area is separated by a glass double doors from the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and various kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a heated towel rail, toilet and shower. The spacious balcony (10 sqm / West) is protected as a loggia. To let the day fade away, you will find wooden furniture (table, chairs) as well as 2 sun loungers with cushions and a parasol. On an Internet connection (WLAN), you do not need to do without on holiday. The apartment has an underground parking space (No. 7, entrance height 2.00 m) and a closed cellar, for safe storage of bicycles. 2 bicycles are available free of charge, but are not part of the booking, since not always the use can be guaranteed by force majeure. Pets are not allowed in the apartment !!! The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
