A comfortable 2-room vacation apartment (non-smoking) in the 2nd Floor of an apartment house built in 2003 with additional apartments. The apartment has a southern exposure and two 10 m² balconies, one with a direct view of the beach road, the promenade of Baabe, the other on the side. The fine sandy, kilometer long beach is only approx. 170 m. The apartment has its own parking space in the underground garage. With the elevator you can comfortably from the underground car park to the 2nd Floor. You can use our three bicycles and WiFi free of charge. There are many restaurants, shops, bakeries and doctors in the Strandstrasse. In the immediate neighboring town is the AHOI Rügen bathing & adventure world. The apartment is available to you on arrival from 4:00 p.m., the departure must be made by 10:00 a.m. Tourist tax is levied in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe (see www.baabe.de).��

A comfortable 2-room vacation apartment (non-smoking) No. 11 in the 2nd Floor of an apartment house with a floor area of 62.70 m² and a living area of 47.00 m². The apartment has a south-facing position and two 10 m² balconies, which are equipped with a sliding door for insect protection to the living room and bedroom, as well as comfortable wooden balcony furniture and 2 health beds. From one balcony you have a direct view of the beach road, the promenade of Baabe, from the other side. The beach is only approx. 170 m. The apartment has an open full comfort kitchen (electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment). The equipment includes a music system, LED flat screen with cable TV and DVD player. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x 90 x 200 cm). The bathroom has a shower / toilet, towel rack, hairdryer.  The apartment has its own parking space No. 11 in the underground garage. From the underground car park you can comfortably take your suitcases to the apartment on the 2nd Bring floor. You can use our three bicycles in the locked basement and WiFi free of charge. Bath and bed linen can be booked on request. Baabe charges a seasonal tax, which is added to the travel price. 

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and departure is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
