Wenige hundert Meter vom Eingang zu den Ruinen von Pompeii entfernt. Einige Supermärkte und ein großes, modernes Einkaufszentrum sind etwa einen bis zwei Kilometer entfernt. Ein Fahrzeug ist hilfreich. Der Campingplatz, der ein paar hundert Meter entfernt ist, feiert besonders samstagnachts relativ laut mit Discomusik....

"My family and i had a fabulous 9 night stay at the Garden of the Vesuvius. Fortunato was a fantastic host. So welcoming and incredibly helpful with information about the local area. He went above and beyond. The pastries at breakfast time on our first and last mornings were delicious! The facilities at the property were brilliant. It was clean and well equipped. "Located a few minutes from all kinds of dining options, a 15-20 min walk from the entrance of the archeological site of Pompei and the bus to Vesuvio, and a short walk to the train to Herculaneum and Napoli, Lorenzo's apartment was the perfect home base for exploring the area. Lorenzo was very accommodating and communicative, responded quickly to every question I had and gave great recommendations. I definitely plan on staying here when I visit the area again. "The perfect stay in beautiful Pompei on our way home from Southern Italy. Stayed for 2 nights to visit the Ruins of Pompei and Vesuvius. Sonja and Alfonso were the perfect hosts and gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home during the entire stay. The suite was extremely clean. Very comfortable and spacious. The pool was a big hit with the kids after days spent exploring the region. Also of course the trampoline and the basketball hoops. Overall a perfect stay. Highly recommended."

"Excellent location! Beautiful ocean views. Located on a busy main road so traffic noise is constant but we live in the country so we are not used to it. Small garbage cans in the bathroom would be useful. Lots of kitchen equipment which was helpful as we like to cook meals. If you have a gluten allergy there is a gluten free bakery right next door, you can smell it from the balcony! This was a bonus for this Celiac traveller! "

"Our stay at Grandfather's house was wounderful. House is so charming with an incredible view both on the Sea and the Vezuvio for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Sunsets on the Vezuvio are just hamazing. House is very comfortable and adapted for a group of 10 /12 people. The pool area is lovely. The house's location was perfect for us : close to Salerno (15 min), Vietri di Mare (12min) and not far from Napoli (45 min) or Pompei (35 min). Finally, Claudio is a very pleasant host.
