"Beautiful location with good amenities and easy access into the town. Short drive to studland beaches. A good, well-stocked shop with friendly staff. Refreshments/food good and good value. The Glamping tents are comfortable and had plenty of room for me and my three children. Would definitely go back and would recommend."

"From here we visited Corfe Castle, Brownsea Isla, studlands and Swanage. It was a very reasonable price for comforable beds and a quiet place to retreat, with lovely views to wake up to. The farm shop with local produce and fresh eggs is a real bonus. "

"Comms were good from beginning to end and everything was easy and clear. The property was clean and well equipped a minor issue was wear and tear on the dining chairs and honestly the mattresses were too soft for my personal taste"

"We had a lovely trip to West Bay and the apartment was perfect, really clean and in a great location. There were lots of nice touches like games, milk in the fridge and a bottle of wine. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the apartment as it is a lot bigger than we thought from the images, also the bed was extremely comfortable! "

"Perfect perfect stay, warm and cosy,radiator control at your finger tips. Lovely pots and pans,comfy bed. Very quiet area. We extended 2 days for easons of food poisoning and Georgy so accommodating which was fabulous. We would stay there again with out a doubt. Decoratedfor Christmas/ New Year which was lovely. Onsite Parking is great as street parking was busy. Thankyou Georgy. A lovely time was had by the Ellis’s"

"This property is what I would call quirky due to its age. There are steps down from the kitchenette into the lounge and steps from the lounge into the downstairs bathroom. I found the property to be clean and comfortable. Generally street parking worked ok but it’s a long walk to the seafront. "

"I’ve visited Sandbanks many times and normally stay in a hotel. This definitely was the most relaxed enjoyable amazing weekend Fantastic service from host Mark -providing tonnes of information on places to visit etc and the local area. Also Mark enabled an early check in and late check out which was great. The location is superb -onsite parking for two cars at peak time is an absolute bonus. Beach by the fiat was so tranquil and also a short hop on the ferry to Shell Bay will definitely visit...
