"Self contained cabin in the middle of farm country. Plenty of toiletries, breakfast provisions of fresh local fare, the pot belly stove was well stocked, electric blankets on the beds and a super friendly host to introduce us to the property then left us alone. Perfect! Add to that the gorgeous dogs to make you feel at home, plenty of local wildlife around and a coffee pod machine in the kitchen made it the perfect stay. "Beautiful. It was quite cold when we got there but that fantastic wood fire heater had the whole house warm and cosy in no time at all. It snowed when we were there and since none of us had seen snow it was a really magical experience. Although there is a cluster of houses where this place is there was no one else there which made it very private. Will definitely return. "

"Check in was very smooth with great communication from hosts. Incredible views! Warm comfortable bedding, with spacious rooms, it had everything we needed. Very close to town, with IGA (and more importantly coffee!) just a street over. Would recommend a stay here. "

"Linda, We truly enjoyed staying at you're home. It was very clean, welcoming and very peaceful. We enjoyed the chickens and even had a fresh egg breakfast our first morning. The star gazing was our favorite. It was so amazing and something we are not used to being from Chicago. We have way too much light pollution to see what you see.
