"The hotel misses the main objective: to allow customers to rest! It is not acceptable that in a 5* hotel the air flow system is not controlled in the room! In a 2 nights stay, one was impossible to rest, with the freezing air straight on the nose all night! The other, on a different room, was better yet not good! "Superb facilities and relaxing atmosphere to guarantee relaxation. Food options a little limited in late evening, you need to eat early otherwise you are stuck with room service and there is nothing outside the Hotel nearby. Spa experiences throughout the day are incredible. One guy was doing balletic towel spinning whilst singing in the most amazing voice. It was all very moving and spiritual. "

"Excellent hotel with wonderful staff. Dinner was delicious, as was breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable with excellent beds. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use the spa. Hopefully next time."
