'Aqua cottage' in Small Family Friendly Resort In Forest upon Warta Rive

Three cottages ‘Aqua’, ‘Verde’ and ‘Terra’ and two apartments ‘Creta’ and ‘Lava’ are self-catering holiday units in our small larch resort called ‘Osada Osjaków’, located in the forest, 200m from the Warta River. It is placed in the centre of Poland, far from the big city life.
All cottages are made of wood. It has elevation and terraces made of larch, wooden windows and floors inside. It is inspirited by Scandinavian architectures. Cottages have large windows from the forest side to watch nature with its beauty.
We build our resort in green technology. We are opened during the whole year, we have underfloor heating on the ground floor and traditional radiators on the second floor. All our cottages are well isolated almost like in passive House. To save energy we’ve put on the roof of the main building solar batteries which heating up the water when its sunny.
Everyone can find something interesting in our resort. For children there is playground with sandpit, trampoline and swing. Till summer 2013 we will prepare wooden track for small cycles and carts. When it’s raining children can play in ‘Day room’. They can find there many attractions like toys, games, books, drawing materials, they can watch cartoons and play console Wii. In the ‘Day room’ there is also table tennis and football table. Parents can watch playing children sitting on the sofa drinking espresso from our coffee machine. In this room you can also use computer watch movie (one from our DVD library), play bridge or games like scrabble, rummicub. In this room there is also toilet and big dining space with full equipped kitchenette and table with seats for 26 people, so if you are big group of people you can have a dinner in our ‘Day room’.
For people who love sport we prepare pith where you can play football ( with two gateway), volleyball and badminton. Till summer 2013 we plan to build here professional tennis court with (artificial grass). You can borrow one of our bicycle (6 mountain bicycle and 2 road bicycle) we have also 2 children chairs for bicycle. There are a few cycle routes with nice scenery. In a forest one step from our property we plan a rout for everyone who love jogging and Nordic walking, its 2 km long. On our friends farm in neighbourhood you can horseback riding. We can also organize kayaking on the Warta or Widawka river for you.
We offer ‘SPA’ which is placed in a main building on the ground floor. There is finish sauna a place to relax with friends and family, and a place for physical and mental relaxation as well. In ‘relaxing room’ with forest view you can cool off lying on a sun bed, listening to music. We have also Jacuzzi in natural cedar cabinet, it has 4 seats with back and arm massage and 1 lounger for full body massage. Jacuzzi has LED lighting in 6 colours. There is also wooden terrace.
We are children friendly. For our small guests we provide high chair, baby cot, small plastic tube and other useful things.

‘Aqua’ cottage is for max. 6 people. It has salon with sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. Four people can sleep in bedrooms and 2 people can sleep on sofa bed in the salon.
The kitchenette is fully equipped it has electric hop, fridge, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle. All you need to prepare the meal. There are dishes and cutlery for six people. In salon there is comfortable sofa bed, armchair and dining table, TV set.
The cottage has wooden terrace with table and sitting for 6 people.

‘Verde’ cottage is for max. 6 people. It has salon with sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. Four people can sleep in bedrooms and 2 people can sleep on sofa bed in the salon.
The kitchenette is fully equipped it has electric hop, oven, fridge, washing machine, electric kettle. All you need to prepare the meal. There are dishes and cutlery for six people. In salon there is comfortable sofa bed and dining table, TV set.
The cottage has wooden terrace with table and sitting for 6 people.

‘Terra’ cottage is for max. 6 people. It has salon with sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. Four people can sleep in bedrooms and 2 people can sleep on sofa bed in the salon.
The kitchenette is fully equipped it has electric hop, oven, fridge, washing machine, electric kettle. All you need to prepare the meal. There are dishes and cutlery for six people. In salon there is comfortable sofa bed and dining table, TV set.
The cottage has wooden terrace with table and sitting for 6 people.

‘Creta’ is studio apartment for max. 4 people. It is placed in the main building on the first floor. It has one open space with kitchenette and bathroom. Two people can sleep on double bed and two people can sleep on sofa bed.
The kitchenette is fully equipped it has electric hop, oven, fridge, washing machine, electric kettle. All you need to prepare the meal. There are dishes and cutlery for four people. There is dining table, TV set. The bathroom is with tube.
The cottage has loggia with table and sitting for 4 people.

‘Lava’ is apartment with one bedroom for max. 4 people. It is placed in the main building on the first floor. It has one bedroom and one salon with kitchenette and bathroom. Two people can sleep on double bed in the bedroom and two people can sleep on sofa bed in salon.
The kitchenette is fully equipped it has electric hop, oven, fridge, washing machine, electric kettle. All you need to prepare the meal. There are dishes and cutlery for four people. There is dining table, TV set. The bathroom has a shower.
The cottage has loggia with table and sitting for 4 people.
