- fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (oven, dishwasher, microwave, Lavazza coffee machine with capsules, kettle, milk frother, toaster, cookware set, spices and basic essentials);

- long hallway leading to the remaining part of the house;

- Master bedroom suite with queen bed, Smart TV and significant walk-in closet;

- second bedroom consisting of two comfortable single beds and a work desk;
