"Ficamos 6 noites no hotel, somente em 2 oportunidades nossas toalhas foram trocadas pelo serviço do hotel, em 1 nosso lixo foi recolhido. Não teve serviço de housekeeping em nenhum dos dias. todos os dias quando chegávamos e víamos que não tinha sido feito o serviço de arrumação, tínhamos que voltar à recepção para pedir toalhas novas para o banho."
