"I cannot express how much we enjoyed staying at this property. Everything was immaculately clean and the items that were provided, which were a lot, were top notch. It was located close to the water and the public dock. We were able to easily walk to the dock and fish. The center of town was just down the road so it made getting groceries and shopping easy. "We were looking to bring our anxiety-ridden, reactive and bitey dog with us for a test run road trip. This cottage was perfect to get out of town a couple hours away and give that a try! We are also massive nerds, so the decor was spot on for us. Hosts were great and helped out with the one issue we had in the kitchen. Overall fantastic and wonderfully quiet. We essentially road tripped to do a staycation and it was exactly what we needed!"

"This property had plenty of "toys" for the lake and great fishing off the dock. Only issue was keeping upstairs cool. We stayed during an unusal hot spell for Minnesota, so maybe this was a one time issue. The area has a variety of things to do. Loved that property was on an isolated road."

"Simply wonderful. The memories made here will last our family a lifetime. Everything you need all in one beautiful place. Very clean, had everything you need for a getaway plus included extras. Our kids loved the kayaks and the sandbar near the island gives a great place to enjoy the water. Fishing was great! Great communication with owner, they are very sweet and helpful. Great experience!"

"The place itself is very nice, but it is old and it shows. The main level is very nice but property could have been cleaned better as we had bugs everywhere and found a dead cockroach under a couch. Also would recommend for the property manager to get more basic cooking supplies in the rental (salt, pepper, oil) as we’ve had these provided previously at other stays as well as sending out an electronic version of the welcome binder prior to arrival as there were things in there we didn’t know and...

"The pool and hot tub were excellent. Beds were average to above average. King-size bed is really a Queen. Comfortably sleeps 10 upstairs and 11downstairs. Living room furniture is ready for replacement along with the patio chairs. It was fun being able to get 8 chairs around the table for food and games. Appliances, kitchen items and linens were perfect. Loved having a good washing machine and dryer. Overall, loved being there. Would love to stay there again sometime."

"This cabin is wonderfully located just feet from the lake and a perfect location for fishing at the head of the lake!! We enjoyed one full day of just playing all the games in the cabin. We appreciated cooking with all the pots and pans and other kitchen utensils provided. The best part was the wood burning fireplace. We will be back for our annual tradition of fishing on Lake osakis for New Year’s!"
