The building features six guest rooms ranging from 36-square-meter 1-bedroom units to 97-square-meter 4-bedroom units, making it ideal for large groups. This room is Room 302, located on the 3rd floor and measuring 40 square meters. The restaurant on the 1st floor is run by the owner.
Although there is no elevator, it is a 5- to 6-minute walk to JR Ashiharabashi Station, a 9-minute walk to the OCAT airport bus terminal and JR Namba Station, and a 4-minute walk to the Life Shiokusa supermarket. a 9-minute walk to Osaka Metro/Hanshin Sakuragawa Station. It’s close to Namba, Shinsaibashi, and the Kyocera Dome, with a bus stop right across the street. The area is quiet and convenient, surrounded by convenience stores, popular restaurants, and hot spring facilities.
Security cameras are installed to monitor and record the building entrance and hallways. For safety reasons, we use a storage-type electric water heater that can only heat water at night—not a gas-powered one—so hot water is not unlimited. Additionally, water cannot be heated during the day. Please be sure to check the remaining hot water level before taking a bath. In the unlikely event that the hot water runs out, please use the Tateba Onsen, which is a 2-3 minute walk away.
