Walk-In, Lake Side & Pool Side Condo

Peaceful getaway with a million dollar view! This cute, 1 bedroom condo, is lake side and great for watching all the action. With over 380 sq. ft. of private, covered, wrap-around porch you'll have a main channel view, a pool view or a porch swing to get away from it all. (Only 4 guests allowed per unit, no pets... no exceptions.)
Ground floor condo, (one step-up to the porch). This one bedroom offers 2 queen beds with a pull-out couch, in the living room.

The condo sits within feet of the lake, waterfront pool and docks. There's a tennis court, fishing off the dock, on-site pay laundry facility. This unit does not have a boat slip, but offers a community boat ramp and trailer parking lot for guests.
The inside of the condo is decorated just beautifully, with all the comforts of home. The bedroom and living room have electric fireplaces, for ambiance as well as extra warmth for those with a chill.

Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher and a flat stone BBQ grill on the deck. Enjoy meals inside or on the deck watching the boats go by. Condiments, spices, coffee & creamer are provided for our guests. Free Wifi, and cable TV gives you plenty of movies in the living room. There's Netflix, YouTube & Vudu in the bedroom. Games and cards for family fun nights.
Condo is stocked with toiletries, hair dryer, antibiotic hand soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, dish soap, towels for kitchen and bath. We also provide shampoo, conditioner and a toothbrush and toothpaste, for those that forget. *Please bring your own beach towels.

The location is perfect and you'll pass by a few fun activities driving down. The Oaks Golf Course, Main Street Music Hall, Whiskey Tour & Brewery, eclectic shopping, breakfast cafes, grocery stores, boat rentals, Shorty Pants, Pirates Cove, Bridal Cave, Paradise Parasail, Gran Rally Go Carts, Celebration Cruises, Miner Mikes & Busters Adventure Town, plus Ha-Ha-Tonka State Park offers castle ruins, springs, and plenty of hiking trails. (20 minutes)

Lots of activities for Summer or Winter: Margaritaville is just up the road and is great for wintertime too with an indoor waterpark for the kids, spa & massages for a girls weekend, restaurants, mini-golf, pony rides & bowling, jet ski and boat rentals.
