Room Layout
As you enter the main level of the home, you'll step into the spacious kitchen and dining area, which serves as the heart of the home. This open-concept space also includes a game area and direct access to the outdoor patio.Just off the game area is a cozy sun porch featuring a queen-size pullout sofa, providing an additional sleeping option for guests.Upstairs, you'll find an open loft area with a full-size convertible sofa sleeper for even more flexible sleeping accommodations. Tucked away off the loft is a children's play area with lower ceilings, toys, and a fun space designed just for younger guests.

Also on the upper level are two lakeside bedrooms:
King Suite #1 (Lake View): Features a king bed, dresser, smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom
King Bedroom #2 (Lake View): Features a king bed with a twin trundle, dresser, and smart TV.

On the lower level, you'll find a second living area with an L-shaped sectional sofa that converts into a queen sleeper. Adjacent to the living area are two additional bedrooms:
Bunk Room: Features a queen-over-queen bunk bed.
King Bedroom #3: Features a king bed with a twin trundle.

Getting There
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.

Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
