Two Master Suites with Lake View

Welcome to the Lake! When you visit the lake it is all about the view and this condo has so much lakeside space to enjoy the beauty that the Ozarks has to offer. Located in The Falls beautiful condo complex which is located just off Horseshoe Bend Parkway you are placed within close proximity to entertainment, restaurants, golf, shopping and more. Osage Beach and The Bagnell Dam area are less than 10 minutes away.

Enjoy the expansive lakeside view from almost any room of this spacious 3 bed, 3 bath condo. Relax on the 450 square foot lakeside deck and soak in all that the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer. The Falls has two outdoor pools with amazing views to take in as you enjoy the sunshine. Additional amenities include a children outdoor play area, tennis court, basketball court, and a hard-surface viewing deck.

This condos offers two master bedroom suites with lakeside views with walk in closet and bathrooms. First master suite has a king size bed. Second master suite has a full over full bunk bed with an additional full size bed. Third bedroom has a king size bed. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room.

Close to Bagnell Dam that offers entertainment and dining for all ages. If you have kids approximately 5 and up check out Malted Monkey on the Bagnell Dam Strip, https://www.maltedmonkey.com/. Boat rentals available nearby. Also just a short drive from Osage Beach restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Love to golf!? Enjoy several nearby courses, The Ridge, The Cove, Porto Cima, Ozark National. Also Old Kinderhook is in nearby Camdenton. The Ridge and The Cove are only about a 5 minute drive from the condo.

Our overall stay was just okay with this property. The place is very spacious and can accommodate a large family comfortably. The pool is 3 & 4 ft deep, but right on the water so that was nice. Our hostess was very attentive and helped us through our issues so that was very helpful.

The deck was absolutely magnificent and was everyone’s favorite part! We loved the afternoons in the pool and relaxing on the deck in the evenings. Beds were comfy and water pressure was great.

Outstanding (mostly)

We were very pleased with our stay here overall. The balcony is huge with a nice view, so if you plan to sit outside and take in the scenery, this is a great and quiet place to do it. (Make sure the weather is nice though. It was HOT when we went.) It's really a great spacious condo in a great location with lots of nice amenities. (Two pools!) And we have never stayed at a condo before that was so generously stocked with toiletries, garbage bags, towels, and such. Can’t recommend it enough. A few minor details and possible improvements. 1. Master bedroom mattress seemed old with slump on one side of bed. The bedding also seemed scratchy and a little warm too, given that … 2. AC worked very well overall but couldn’t seem to cool the master bedroom as well as we’d like in the hot 90 degree weather. It might just be the reality of having the glass doors to the balcony. At least there were fans on hand to help. 3. We picked this condo because it is pet friendly. It was just right for keeping the family dog in quiet comfort while we were out. BUT there was a surprising lack of green space to take him out for his business and such. It worked out for us but just be aware. We also found it a little confusing at first as far as where to park. Leslie forgot to give us details about that but was otherwise super helpful and responsive. Minor points in light of a great stay. We would seriously consider coming back.

Great Property for Family Stay

First of all, Leslie was a great property manager to work with. She answered all of our questions throughout the process in a timely manner. The unit is on the 6th floor, (ground floor is 4) and has large patio windows for a perfect view of the lake. The screened in porch has 2 TVs, two nice seating areas, two lounge chairs, a large table and chairs and gas grill. It is HUGE! This beautiful outdoor area has all rattan/cushioned furniture. I only wish it had been cooler during our stay so we could have used it more! The living room, bedrooms and baths were all a great size and well appointed. The kitchen had everything you would ever need for your vacation. We brought food for breakfast and lunches and went out for our evening meals. There are many great restaurants and bars nearby. We rented a pontoon for two of the days during our trip from Point Randall, just a few blocks down the road. They never disappoint! We would definitely stay at this condo again when we visit The Ozarks! Leslie, thank you for being such a great host!!

Great property for family to stay

This property had everything our multi generational family needed. The screened balcony is awesome with plenty of furniture and even has two TVs that were great for watching aports and for gaming. There are a ton of dishes, glassware and basic supplies for cooking. The location is great and we loved the upper pool and tennis court. And, we had a few questions about parking and using the access code, but Leslie and Mike were very helpful and quick to respond. We would absolutely stay here again!

Late Summer Getaway

Second year back

This was our second time staying in this property. We love the lakeside pool and you cannot beat the screened in balcony! Close to food and shops if needed. Owner is extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. Our friends want to go back with us next year!

Wonderful stay

Our group of 8 (2 adults, 6 teens) loved the condo! Leslie was prompt, helpful, and friendly with correspondence. The condo was just as shown - very clean, well stocked with supplies. The screened balcony is huge and amazing! Close to groceries, tourist strip, and boat rental. Definitely recommend!

Great condo for families

This is the second year we stayed at this condo and loved it just as much as last year. We had 10 people, 4 of which were children 8 and under. The location is a great area for families. Leslie was an excellent host and helped to make our stay perfect. We made memories to cherish for a lifetime and will be back next year!

Nice condo getaway

Communication and friendliness of owner was pleasant. The condo was easy to find, close to amenities and was very clean. The balcony is the star of the show but unfortunately due to cold weather we didn’t get to capitalize on it. No problems whatsoever.

Amazing condo

This is by far the best condo in Lake Ozark. It’s views are phenomenal. It’s decorated exactly how i would decorate it if i owned it so it feels like home everyday. Love it!

Ozark gem - will be back!

Beautiful condo! It has been updated before our stay and it was even nicer than we had hoped. The huge screened in balcony with lake view gave us so much more living space. My parents were very comfortable in the spacious master. The second master was set up as a kids’ room and our 3 year old loved the colors. My husband and I slept in the 3rd room, which didn’t have a view, but it had a king bed and was very comfortable. Everything was well appointed. Building was pretty quiet, pool very clean and looked out over the lake as well. Everyone at this property was friendly. It’s close to several golf courses, 2 grocery stores, restaurants (we didn’t eat out but there were options), and other activities. The kitchen was well appointed , everything clean and tidy. Most importantly, the owner was SO responsive! We had a lot of questions because my dad’s mobility is limited. She not only answered quickly, but was also very thoughtful and asked follow up questions and offered suggestions. We will definitely be back!
