We knew from the pictures that this condo was a bit dated and we were fine with that. However, it was also dirty. There were stains on the comforter, dust on the decor, cobwebs in several corners. There was a ring around the tub and the shower caddy had slimy soap buildup and hair in it. There were crumbs and food build-up under the front corners of the fridge and stove. There were dead mosquitos and food splatters on the kitchen wall. There were Dorito crumbs on the kitchen chair and the floor under the table. We didn't have any food with us. Everything on the deck was worn out and dirty. Our family owns a unit in this complex and the condo's here are usually very well kept. It was such a disappointment. We stayed one night out of the five we had reserved and left. We asked for a refund which was immediately given by the property management company.

Disappointed

Unit is way overdue for replacement of basic standard of living items. Flooring, mattress, oven, are worn out. Basic maintenance items not attended to, sliding screen door functions poorly, multiple light bulbs out, shower handle loose. Cleanliness of unit neglected.

Not worth the price

We booked a week out, received email and call before arrival. Upon arrival water was NOT on, paper on fridge says fine if not turned off between Nov-March, it’s July. No mention of this prior! We had to locate breaker turn it on along with main water valve to have water. It’s outdated. Shower curtain had crusty yellow and brown stuff on it, utensil draw had old food and dirt in it. Paper towel holder was coming off wall, couldn’t utilize balcony due to mosquitoes and furniture could be replaced. There is no dishwasher as stated which we didn’t need but repeatedly stated to run before departure. Too many fees! Overall I could have stayed at resort for same price.

Great price but not a good night sleep.

I rented this for a family member and their stay wasn’t the best. The matress was very uncomfortable for the two of them it sunk in the middle and pillows were flat. The carpet was stained. There were spyder webs on the porch . One of the nights they had no place to park so had to park in a spot where they woke up the next morning and had a sticker saying warning next time your car will be towed. The place was very cheap for the lake but we will not be renting it again unless they get a new mattress and carpet.

Needs TLC badly.

We are senior citizens and just wanted a quick getaway. This complex is not conducive to senior citizens. My husband could not go to the pool because there were too many stairs and the concrete sidewalk down to the pool was too steep for him to walk. Also the condo was very, very dated. The old carpeting was terribly stained, worn linoleum, old furnishings with stains and so on. Also in the silverware drawer there was some speckled particles that were all around the silverware that I'm unsure what that was. It was fun to watch the turtles and ducks from our balcony and we had a nice meal at Shorty Pants Lounge which was fairly close. I definitely don't recommend this place for older folks and we won't be staying here again.

Great weekend getaway!

Easy access from parking lot to front door. Room was clean overlooking the water. Had a few minor issues when we 1st arrived but were taken care of right away by management. A nice place to stay.

Perfect location

Great views from balcony. Centralized location makes it convenient to all areas of Lake. Very clean and cozy unit. Parking lot level is wonderful for those who can't do stairs very well.

TV went out. Property manager has it replaced within hour. Strong work! Daughter enjoyed watching turtles below the deck!
