You can spend all day lounging around the pool enjoying the incredible views of the lake’s main channel or take advantage of the 16X48 boat slips and venture out into the blue beyond yourself. Beyond the resort, there’s plenty of things to keep you busy in the surrounding area as well. Jetz Trampoline Park is within a 5-minute walk or take a short car ride over to Miner Mike’s, a family fun center featuring an interactive maze, rides, games, and snack bar. Lake of the Ozarks State Park is 4 miles away, feeding the nature lover in you with an endless shoreline, hiking trails, and hidden coves. Golf enthusiasts will want to check out the surrounding courses of Bear Creek, The Oaks at Margaritaville Lake Resort, and Osage National featuring challenging greens and fairways surrounded by stunning natural beauty. The condo’s spacious interior has been beautifully decorated and furnished with your ultimate relaxation in mind. Kick up your feet in the living room on the plush L-shaped sofa while streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV. A gas fireplace is on hand to help keep you warm and toasty during the cooler months, setting the ambiance for a cozy movie night. A formal dining table can seat 6 for meals together or grab a stool at the kitchen counter for more casual bites. If you’d rather take your meals al fresco, an outdoor dining set can accommodate the whole group on the balcony offering fresh lake air and unparalleled views. You’ll feel right at home in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and modern conveniences such as a convenient crockpot and a Keurig coffee maker – ideal for ensuring that your culinary and caffeine needs are effortlessly met during your stay.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking – One Numbered parking sport is available per unit and requires a parking pass. Additional unmarked parking is available at the complex and does not require a parking pass.

• House Rules: no smoking, no pets, must be 25 years old to book, no events/parties, Quiet hours from 10:00 pm-8:00 am.

• Condo has a required 3 nights minimum on bookings and 4 nights minimum over Memorial Day, Labor Day, and 4th of July.

• This is a ground level unit – no stairs required.

• Boat Slip is a 16X48 and guests will be able to use the slip as part of the reservation if desired.

• HOA does not allow trailers on the premises. Reach out for details on trailer parking options.

• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.

• Guests have access to the condo complex club house. The club house has a gym and pool tables.

While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice. Outdoor pools are seasonal and may be closed based on the time of year. HOUSE & COMPLEX RULES:

• Parking

o The complex has numbered parking spaces in front of each building. A parking pass is required to park in a numbers space. Each unit is allowed only one parking pass for the numbered parking spaces.

o Parking Pass Location: Upon entering the property, you'll find the parking pass located inside the kitchen, specifically on the Island countertop. It's crucial to place the parking pass in your car immediately upon arrival. Please note that the HOA enforces strict parking regulations. Vehicles in a numbered parking space without a valid pass displayed will be subject to fines.

o Additional Parking: Additional unmarked parking is available throughout the complex. No parking pass is required for unmarked parking spots.

• House Rules:

o No smoking.

o No pets.

o Must be 25 years old to book.

o No events/parties.

o Quiet hours from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.

• Community Rules:

o No fireworks.

o No drones.

o No roller blades, roller skates, skateboards, bikes, scooters etc., in common areas/parking lots.

o Guests cannot hang anything over the deck railing to dry.

o No glass in the pool, & pool pass required.

o No swimming off dock.

o Pool hours are from 9 am - 11 pm.
