Our 3 bed/2 bath condo offers expansive views that absolutely rival any other Ozark vacation rental. This condo and the complex pool provide amazing views of the MAIN channel. Our condo is right at the waters edge and the pool is less than 100 feet from our front door.

IMPORTANT: Breakwater Bay is a quiet, family oriented complex. If you're coming to the lake to party loudly, please book different accommodations. Primary renting guest must be at least 25 years old and be in attendance during your stay.

BOATERS ARE WELCOME!!! Our 12x32 slip is directly in front of our condo's lakeside deck. Great for a fishing boat, pontoon, or up to 33' cruiser. Great place to use as home base for your boating or fishing trip!

Since Breakwater Bay is right on the main channel, it offers what most people want from a trip to the Lake = a True Lake Experience! Our condo is right on the lakefront not behind or above other buildings, and our deck and the pool both offer expansive main channel views. Best of all you aren't looking across the lake at other houses or condos . . . only natural rocky bluffs and trees!

BOAT SLIP--We have a 12x32 boat slip (extra slip usage fees will apply at $30/night or $175/week. Please contact me through VRBO to arrange to use our boat slip during your stay.

Our guests are permitted to fish from the shoreline or off any of the 4 docks at Breakwater Bay.

When considering all the options, you will be hard pressed to find any other units that are both so close to the Lake's shoreline and the pool, and just a few minutes drive to many of the tourist hot spots, several lakeside restaurants, retail shops, and numerous golf courses.

Since it is a corner unit on a point you can see forever in front of you and off to the left. Best of all you aren't looking across the lake at other houses or condos . . . only natural rocky bluffs and trees! This lower level unit is at the 22 mile marker, one of the most popular areas on the lake. You are literally so close to the water you have to stand up and look over the edge of the deck to see the shoreline. It is completely relaxing listening to the water lap against the shore! The living room and master bedroom have a wall of GLASS looking out at the amazing vistas. Double sliding glass doors make you feel like you are outdoors even when you're not. A door from the master bedroom also provides direct access to the deck. Sitting on the deck watching boats go by, fish jumping, and ducks swimming will make you want to stay.

We are right next to the pool that also overlooks the main channel! It is super close to our condo, but pool activity is never annoying as our condo angles back slightly following the angle of the shoreline. A beautiful sun deck running the length of the front of the pool is also a great place to picnic, the sunset, or just enjoy watching the boats pass by.

The Master Bedroom has a wall of windows so the first thing you see each morning is an incredible view of the lake. The Master Bedroom offers a full bath, a queen bed for your comfort, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and adjoins a Jack-and-Jill full bath shared through a hall. The third bedroom features flexible beds to suit your needs. You can use the flex beds as two single twin beds, or push the twins together (including a king mattress topper to keep the mattresses together) to have a king bed comfort! In the living room there are 2 full size couches, comfortable for napping or to provide sleep space for up to 8 in your group.

Our condo has free private Wi-Fi service and we have four smart streaming TV’s. YouTubeTV streaming service is provided offering 100+ channels.

For golfers, we are located in GOLF COUNTRY! Our unit is about 1 mile from The Oaks Course and Margaritaville/Tan-Tar-A Resort with its indoor water park. There are over 20 golf course for you to choose from in the lake area.

Many putt-putt golf courses, go-carts, and water parks can keep you busy and there are numerous state parks and caves in the area that are just waiting for you to explore.

Breakwater Bay is located at 6005 Baydy Peak Rd, Osage Beach, MO off route KK and about 3 miles from US 54 Expressway.

Lake of the Ozarks offers great restaurants and nightlife. You may choose to be busy with any of the many activities at the lake, or simply spend your day relaxing at the condo, enjoying the view and the great pool that overlooks the main channel. Choose to go out at night and enjoy the condo overlooking the moonlit lake. EVERY SEASON offers new beauty at the lake!
