Between the queen and king options, the lodge sleeps 12 guests comfortably across 4 bedrooms and two distinct floor levels. Every bed is fitted with quality quilts and a mattress encasement for a clean, hotel-quality night's sleep.

Kitchen & Dining
You'll have everything you need to feed a crowd. The full kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal - plus a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and stand mixer for the bakers in the group. Cookware ranges from saucepans and frying pans to a full roasting pan and cookie sheets. Plates, mugs, glasses, and utensils are stocked per guest. A knife block, cutting boards, and grilling utensils round out a kitchen that's genuinely ready to use.
Technology
Five smart TVs are spread across the home - a 50-inch in the living room, a 50-inch in the upper left bedroom, and three additional sets in the lower-level bedrooms. All TVs support streaming apps. Simply log into your own accounts at check-in and the TVs automatically reset and log you out at checkout. No extra steps needed.
Laundry
A stackable washer and dryer are available in the home - perfect for longer stays or post-lake-day loads.
Outdoor
The propane grill is stocked, covered, and ready to fire up. The hot tub is the crown jewel of the outdoor experience here - whether you're soaking under the stars after a long day or starting a slow morning before the rest of the crew wakes up. A throw blanket on every couch means the relaxation doesn't stop when you come inside either.
Community Amenities
The Safari Lodge is part of a larger resort community with some genuinely impressive shared perks. Two pools are available for guest use during your stay - one at Walker's Cay Drive and one at Cedar Glen Road (which also features a splash pad, great for little ones). Pool hours run 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. beginning May 11, and a pool access code will be provided at booking. Glass and loud music are not permitted at the pools per community rules.
Guests also enjoy access to the back 9 holes of golf within Tan Tara Estates - no golf cart is included, but standard course rules apply to keep the greens in great shape.
Guest Access:
Check-in is self-serve with smart lock. No alarm to deal with - just arrive, type in the code, and settle in. Your host is available if questions come up during your stay but otherwise gives you full privacy to enjoy the property.
Parking fits up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Note the driveway is narrow, so take it slowly pulling in. Additional parking is available near the pool, about 200 feet from the house.
Important navigation note: Guests must use the Margaritaville entrance - not the Keystone entrance - especially during summer evenings and weekends when the gated entrance may be closed. From KK Hwy, take the Margaritaville entrance, turn right at your first opportunity, follow Duenke Dr. to the three-way stop, turn left on Staniel Cay Dr., then left onto Bent Shadow Lane. GPS can be unreliable here - follow these directions closely.

Osage Beach puts you right in the heart of Lake of the Ozarks country - where lake life, live music, and lakeside dining are all within a short drive. Whether your group wants to boat, wine taste, mini golf, or just find a great table with a water view, it's all close by.

The front entrance requires approximately ten steps down from the door. Both interior staircases lead to the lower-level bedrooms - guests with mobility considerations should plan accordingly.

HOA is managed by Tan Tara Estates - community association rules apply throughout your stay.

Good place, conveniently located. Kitchen is small but is very well stocked with utensils and real plates and glasses.Great patio for grilling and relaxing in the hot tub. Plenty of comfortable beds is a major plus!

Great location!
The location to attractions was great. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The kitchen/eating/gathering areas were not conducive to eating and cooking meals for the number of people that could stay.

Quiet Neighborhood Huge house
We were pleasantly surprised to see we had the full run of the house because when you pull up it looks like a duplex. There was more than enough room to relax- the kitchen was well equipped and they thought of the little extras like dish soap and bars of soap for the bath. Water heater needs serviced or replacement. Never got a full hot shower. Enjoyed the hot tub and there were plenty of nice towels and dishes. Thank you.

Overall good, but an unusual layout.
The house and experience overall was very positive. We had a couple of minor hiccups (the hot tub at arrival had very murky water, and the microwave randomly quit working for 24 hours). The property management company Vacasa uses a text message system for customer service, which was very slow to respond and not helpful. Calling the 1-800 number was much faster. The local property managers were excellent and got the hot tub and microwave dealt with right away.
Very, very minor complaints, the deck needs a good power washing and a fresh coat of paint, and the kitchen only came with three trash bags.
A word of caution, the house has an unusual layout, so you must walk through one bedroom to get to the stairwell to the basement bedroom. It was fine, but it meant one of the bedrooms was not private. Also the washer and dryer are in a bedroom closet, and are half sized, which made drying pool towels inconvenient.
Last, all of the parking is parallel parking, so it was a bit cumbersome moving the cars around anytime we left and came back.
On the whole, it was a good value for a 4 bedroom in Tan-tar-a and it's a 90 second walk to the community pool.
