Amazing views at this lakefront property with pool access!

This condo is a corner unit with a ground level walkout. It can easily sleep 7 people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary suite is a king bed with an en suite bathroom and patio access. The second bedroom has a king bed and a jack-and-jill entrance to a shared bathroom accessed by the main living area. The third bedroom has a trundle bed and a bunkbed with a full mattress on the bottom and single on top. Each bedroom enjoys a 50” television.

The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the living area, perfect for entertaining. You can access the screened-in patio from the living area and enjoy the lakefront view while you start your morning with coffee from our coffee bar, grill, enjoy a patio meal, or just relax! If you need more shade in the afternoon or privacy, the patio is equiped with roll down shades.

The condo has 1 designated parking spot with additional parking available in a guest lot. The parking lot is on the second level of the property, and there is 1 short flight of stairs to access the condo on the ground level. There is an elevator on site.

If you come to boat, we have a boat slip! The boat slip is 12x30’. The condo is a short walk to the docks. The Lake of the Ozarks State Park is a short drive and offers ramp facilities and trailer parking. If you need to rent a boat, Dirty Ducks Boat Rentals is less than 5 minutes from the condo.

If you want more water time, the property has 3 pools on site for guest use. The condo is just a short walk to one of the pools!

There is lots of fun to have in the area, all within easy access to the condo! The condo is at 1 mile marker of the Grand Glaize Arm, which is at the 19-mile marker of the Main Channel on Lake of the Ozarks, just off State Highway 54 and Passover Road. If you’re ready to have fun, the condo is close to the popular restaurants such as Dog Days Bar and Grill and Backwater Jack’s! Other attractions include a helicopter tour, a round of golf at one of many fantastic golf courses at Lake of the Ozarks. If your family is coming, there are plenty of exciting activities … go karts, mini golf, many hiking options. For even more adventure, check out the caves and recreational options at Ha Ha Tonka State Park! To cool off, be sure to stop at the nearby Randy’s or Andy’s for frozen custard, which are both less than five minutes from the condo! If you need supplies, Dierbergs Markets (Lakeview Pointe) is within 5 minutes from the condo, and Hy-Vee and Aldi’s are within 10 minutes.
