The Towers offers amenities like no other development at the Lake including an Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna, an Exercise Room, a Huge Outdoor Pool with infinity edge, and Elevators erase the need to climb steps no matter where you want to go!

Our guests appreciate the open and comfortable main living area. You'll love sitting out on the Deck that has an amazing view overlooking Parkview Bay, the Lake, and the serene state park just across the water. Bring along your laptop and log onto the Internet at High-Speed! The Kitchen is fully-equipped and the Weber Gas Grill is awaiting your Barbeque!

The spacious Master Suite has a King-Sized Bed and private bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. The Second and Third Bedrooms offer comfortable Queen-Sized Beds and Cable TVs with DVD players.

Check-In 3:00 PM, Check-Out 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.

BOATERS: Our 12 x 30 foot slip is close by and available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 2 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge! The Bridge is off the 19 MM of the Lake's main channel.

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's just up the street! Be adventurous and Explore Bridal Cave, Hike one of the many State Park Trails, or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! Spend some time wandering the Shops and Restaurants along the Bagnell Dam Strip... Last, but not least, If you enjoy home dƩcor shopping, it's a must to find Evergreen and Blair's Landing! You can even Ice-Skate at the Lake; Winter is beautiful here. There's just an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round! If you can't decide on something, we are always happy to recommend our favorite restaurants both on and off the water.

Ozarks Family Get away

My husband and I booked this condo for our family of five (including our three kids, ages 17, 14, and 11) for a 4-day Memorial weekend. The apartment was conveniently located close to our favorite lake dining spots. It was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The master bedroom was HUGE! I could get my morning workouts done without disturbing others in the TV room. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets for the chilly nights. The patio was our favorite evening hangout, boasting stunning views, ample seating, and a grill for dinner. The dock slip was an elevator ride and a short walk away. We met the friendliest year-round residents there and were made to feel right at home. We would book again.

Peaceful!

To start out with the condo is so cute and cozy and the lake front view is beautiful. The condo was very well maintained and clean and looked exactly like the listing pictures. The communication with the property manager was a pleasant surprise and really made the whole process a breeze. We will definitely be booking again in the near future.

Great property to stay at. Listing is accurate and the property manager was very responsive. Only complaint I would have are the window dressings. Floor to ceiling would be great to have in the master. Other than that no complaints.

Spacious condo on the lake of the Ozarks

Great time staying here for Bikefest. Condo has everything you need. Only suggestion is window coverings. There are no blinds or curtains on living room sliding glass doors and no tint. Sun blasts in the room at sunrise. Main bedroom has curtains on sliding glass doors but they are white, donā€™t cover completely, and donā€™t reach the ground. People on patio can see you changing in your room unless you go in bathroom and close door. The sun is also relentless if you are trying to sleep in or nap!!! Otherwise great amenities and condo!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. The view is beautiful and we had plenty of room for 6 adults. The condo is fully stocked which made it easy to enjoy cooking meals. It has a screened in deck which was great for hanging out at night. I would definitely recommend this condo and liook forward to staying again!!

We stayed at this condo with friends. The condo was spacious, clean and supplies were stocked up. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch. Nice views of the lake. The elevator was so helpful! Incredible Location and Facilities

This specific room was over on the end so it was super quiet. Great views from the screened in porch. Condo felt super comfortable with plenty of amenities. Owner was super responsive and gave all the info you need. Overall, it was fantastic!

Great Unit, Management and Property

This condo was very well stocked- things that normally are minimized as "starters", such as TP, trash bags, etc. are provided- and this is very much appreciated. There are also other "plus" items such as coffee pods (plenty)housekeeping items, spices, etc. The condo has a stereo system which is becoming a thing of the past- we loved it! The Towers property is well kept and the indoor pool and whirlpool are great amenities. Jason was great to work with, as well. Great experience.

The condo needs a bit of attention. A real good cleaning.

Itā€™s outdated. Not a big issue but is really dirty. Floors were filthy. Dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. Wet towels in the dryer. In the master bed the linens are torn. The location is great but probably not stay there until the fix the condo up a bit. Sorry not trying to be picky but I didnā€™t appreciate having to clean the first night we got there.

Relaxing Vacation

Our family of 5 (4 adults and 1 teen) really enjoyed our week at the Towers. We spent several mornings at the pool. Every day we had a different adventure and really enjoyed our time at the apartment. The amount of space really allowed us to all spread out. Jason, the property manager, was quick to respond when we had questions. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to get away.
