3 Bedroom, 3 Bath, sleeps 8 comfortably. Top floor condo, main channel view!

Enjoy the breathtaking main channel view from the living room as well as the Master Bedroom. The Master suite also is beautifully furnished with a new king bed, dresser, mirror, large closet as well as its own 42" flat screen tv. The 2nd bedroom features a king size bed and luxurious bedding as well as 37" flat screen tv, queen size beds are in the 3rd sleeping area located in the open loft. The loft sleeping area is split with a half wall and is only semi private. No sharing bathrooms here our condo has 3 full baths. Our living room which is open to the deck houses a fireplace and 57" flat screen, blue ray player and free cable is thru out the condo. We tried to think of every little detail to make you feel at home! Our kitchen is thoroughly furnished from dishes to small appliances and the nice, new gas grill will make the perfect pairing for your evening meal. Also included in our condo is a full size washer and dryer. The Ledges complex boasts 2 wonderful pools and a sand beach for your enjoyment as well as being so close to many local attractions. You will find beach toys in the condo! Should you like to bring a boat with we also have dock available for additional rent.

We loved our trip here. This condo was super roomy and very inviting. The view of the lake is gorgeous, close to everything. It was clean and well maintained. Host was very helpful and attentive. I would stay here again for sure .

The place was absolutely beautiful. There was more than enough room for the group of 5 adults and one toddler that we had. Upstairs was a cute little play area for younger kids that my daughter loved. Beautiful view of the lake. The Davis’ were more than accommodating for us on this vacation. Anytime we are going to be staying in lake of the ozarks, we will 100% be staying there again.

Excellent Stay

We loved this condo! So much room for our family - we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The owners were extremely quick to respond with any inquiries we had. I’d definitely stay here again!

Girls Weekend

Thus unit was a perfect place for our girls’ weekend. We had adults and teens, and we had plenty of space with the loft area upstairs. Having 3 full bathrooms was ideal. Everything was decorated very nicely, and they thought of all the details renters might need including power strips by the beds and extra drying racks behind the bathroom doors. The location is great because we could sit on the deck and watch the boats in the main channel, or take a short walk to both pools or the beach area. The beach area was our favorite spot, and it is unique to find a rental with walk-in access to the lake. We would love to rent this condo again in the future. Everything was clean, cute, and comfortable!

Cool condo with loft

The place was nice and the host was responsive! All the stairs kinda sucked and the deck and stairs were infested with spiders and webs. My wife and daughters hate spiders so that was kind of disappointing. Also found ants by doorway and steps inside. There was any and spider spray in the condo.

Awesome

A group of me and my girlfriends rented this space for my bachelorette! It is very beautiful and spacious. The view is absolutely amazing, it was our favorite part. It was very easy to talk to the owners. All in all a very good experience and would definitely go back and rent the same one again!!!

Great for multiple families, especially with little ones.

We loved the built in playhouse, the 2 year loved playing inside, and the little table and chairs. Everyone loved sitting on the deck, watching the boats going by. Loved having a washer and dryer, for our pool towels. There are 2 beds upstairs, which was very handy. The condo is on floors 3, and 4, but because the way it is built, you only have to go up 2 floors to get to the condo from the parking lot. Our hosts were very quick to answer our texts, which is always a great comfort knowing that you don’t have to worry if you have a problem.

Great place..BAD host after check out

UPSET ME!!!! Me & my family had a great stay in the ozarks as always we visit multiple times a year, this was our third trip this year so far we have stayed in hotels, condos, homes great getaway for us I travelled with my spouse & our kids (5,13,14,16,18). We love the lake great to just reset. I was told that the cleaning crew declared the towels ruin beacuse they had makeup on it they didn't attempt to wash them they just declare them ruined and accused us of not taken any trash out. I will admit we left trash in one of the trash cans in bathroom. I personal took trash out when we walked to the pool. I was also told we left the place dirty. I received pictures of a dirty mirror in a bathroom(very petty at this point) No we didn't mop the floors or do laundry as I was under the the impression that was included in the $95 cleaning fee that we paid. We was responsible for removing the trash, cleaning the grill(if used), turning the main water valve on/off and the hot water breaker on/off, and making sure we did not remove any of the bed linens or towels as they needed to be there for the next family who rented the place. These are normal when renting I'm use to that but the way the cleaning company lied this was a first for me. This is our second time staying at this property but it was a different host. I've already booked our July trip to the lake we just will not be booking with this host. If you stay with this host just be ready to pay a cleaning fee & also clean the property if not they will attempt to keep your security deposit!!!!!!

Great property

Very clean. 3 full bathrooms was great for our stay. Plenty of room for 4 adults and a teenager. Hosts were very responsive with the 1 communication we had about our check-in time (no issues). Beautiful view on the top floor and very quiet. Would definitely recommend for others to stay here.

Excessive charges

Unfortunately I unexpectedly began menstruating and had a small amount of blood leak onto sheets (spot approximately 0.25"X3") and wiped it up as best I could. I was charged $40 for this "stain." $40 feels pretty excessive for something that was incidental and unavoidable. There were also some issues with the description of the space, the third bedroom is not a bedroom but a loft shared by two queen beds. Neighbors are ridiculously noisy despite quiet hours and the deck space is pretty small. You need to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the condo and there is only parking nearby for two vehicles at a time. Views are beautiful and it gets the job done.

Just what the doctor ordered

We were able to refresh our minds with a beautiful view of the Lake. Would have loved to have the fireplace on a chilly "NCAA Watch" on TV; however, the weather warmed up nicely. Will definitely return
