The warm and well-furnished Apartments “Seceda - Montblanc” are situated in Sankt Ulrich (Ortisei), in the beautiful Gröden Valley (Val Gardena), and are a great starting point for exploring the South Tyrolean Dolomites. The 50 m² apartment is barrier-free and consists of a living room with a single bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms including a wheelchair accessible shower. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a safe, a washing machine (at a charge), cable/satellite TV, a bidet, parquet floors, tea and coffee making facilities, kitchenette, electric hob and clothes horse. A baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair are available on request.

The private outdoor area offers a covered terrace with seating furniture and nice mountain views, where you can start the day with coffee. The shared garden next to it also has a table tennis table for fun afternoons. From the apartment, you can walk to a bus stop in 2 minutes (140 m), while supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and a pharmacy can all be reached within 3 minutes on foot (200-300 m), as the apartment is located directly in the charming centre of Sankt Ulrich and the pedestrian zone. Playgrounds for children and the Mar Dolomit swimming pool (free of charge for guests) is also only a short walk away. In summer, the region invites you to go hiking or cycling in the nearby Dolomites or to the famous Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi), only 9 km (a 12-minute drive) away. Many great skiing areas can be explored in the winter season. In addition to the Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi), the Sellaronda skiing area with state of the art lifts is in the immediate vicinity. The area also offers fantastic cross country ski tracks and toboggan runs. South Tyrol’s lovely capital city of Bolzano (Bozen) is located a 45-minute drive or 37 km southwest of Sankt Ulrich (Ortisei).



Parking Notice: This property offers only one parking space per apartment. Please note that there is no nearby parking available for additional vehicles, with the closest option being almost an hour away.

As this is a hypoallergenic apartment, pets are not allowed.
