This beautiful detached villa is in Gulpinar area located in right centre of Dalyan Town. Only 3 minutes walking distance to Gulpinar main street and the nearest super market, bars and the restaurants. Location is in a quiet/peaceful place and just perfect for someone fed up walking in the heat for shopping etc… The villa comprising 5 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom is on the ground floor which is good for disable people to use; 2 double and 2 single bedrooms are on the first floor which all 5 bedroom has en-suite bathrooms. 10 people can sleep in beds. And if it’s necessary 2 more people could sleep on the couch in living area. The villa is fully air-conditioned and also cot & high chair available for baby. Also there is a shared WC on ground floor. The villa has an fully fitted and very well equipped open-plan kitchen on the ground floor and lounge with TV. It is set in a private, walled, landscaped garden with a variety of interesting plants and fruit trees. There is a private large size swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers.There are two dining table for up to 10 people in the terrace area for eating, drinking and sitting.
And the villa has UNLIMITED WI-FI Internet Access, BBQ grill and water cooler for 19lt big bottle.
P.S: We would require breakage deposit 300 GBP cash at the check-in. We will refund this money after we check the villa and if no big damage at check-out time!
