There are 3 private pool 4 beds villas next to each other so good opportunity for big groups to book. Villas are located in Gulpinar Area of Dalyan town and only 5-10 minutes walking distance to center of Dalyan and the nearest super market, bars & restaurants and big market square.
The villa comprising 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms. So on ground floor you will see 1 double en-suite bedroom, one shared bathroom and fully fitted, very well equipped open-plan kitchen and lounge with TV.
On first floor there are 3 en-suite bedroom with 2 double and 2 single beds. So 8 people can sleep in beds. And if it’s necessary 1 more child could sleep on the sofa in living area. The villa is fully air-conditioned and UNLIMITED WI-FI Internet Access is available.
The villa is set in a private, walled, landscaped garden. There is a private good size swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers. Also outside BBQ area.
P.S: We would require breakage deposit 300 GBP cash at the check-in. We will refund this money after we check the villa and if no big damage at check-out time!
