"Beautiful property. Perfect place for our large family traveling together. The host was very attentive, we were happy to have met him and his wife. If were in Abruzzo again we will stay here as it's fairly close to our family."

"This property was a delight to stay in: spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped, and charming. The A/C works like a charm, and the kitchen is set up well so you can cook if you like. The front yard (main property photo) is a delightful place to relax and have a glass of wine at the end of the day. We didn't use the pool, but it is clean and easily accessible. It's OK to smoke outside. Giovanni is an excellent host who speaks some English, so no worry about communications. The location is outside...

"This was an outstanding property. I would highly recommend it to couples or families. The location is perfect--you can walk into the centro to grocery shop, visit a cafe or meander the charming town, and you can just as easily walk down to the beach. A paved foot path takes you down to the town where you have dozens of restaurants, cafes and access to the Via Verde. The host was lovely and helpful. San Vito Chietino is a charming holiday location and this property is a gem! "

"There was a loud construction noise coming from another room in the villa when we checked in at 7pm. The host messaged me saying that the noise would stop soon. It stopped for a few minutes but then started again and continued until about 9 pm. It then started again early on the following morning and continued until our check-out at 11 pm. "
