"It was a large space, basically a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, island with bar stools, dining area, living area with a huge TV, and a small bedroom that just fit a king sized bed, small bedside tables, and a closet. Nice bathroom. Very clean and modern. Only missing a full-length mirror and the coat closet light wouldn’t shut off for some reason. No concierge or staff on site, no restaurant or gift shop. "As advertised, except for the "walking distance to downtown." It's over a mile, no sidewalks, very hilly bendy road, difficult for cars and the plethora of work trucks to see you. We had some elderly folks planning to stroll into town, but that was a hard no. Maybe ok if you're young and active, but certainly don't plan on safely walking home at night. Otherwise, a pleasant old place. "

"The location of this property is outstanding. It is right on the beach on the Casco Bay. The host was very kind and very knowledgeable of the Portland area, which was very helpful. The house is old, but very clean. The only issues we had were there wasn't a coffee maker and the garbage the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink was broken.It was a perfect place to stay and enjoy the beautiful Maine Coastline."
