Orosei. The holiday apartment is located in a residence. The apartments are spread over two floors (ground floor and first floor) and have a separate entrance. The apartment is situated in a newly built residential complex in the picturesque and touristy village of Orosei (about 90 km from the port and airport of Olbia), with its medieval historic centre and the ruins of the old Judike castle.

Guests of the residence can use the swimming pool of the Hotel Maria Rosaria, which is about 700 m away, free of charge. Marina di Orosei, a long sandy beach with several beaches such as Su Barone, Osala, and Su Petrosu, is only 3 km from the residence.
