"The villas was very clean, spacious and modern. We were there March 12-16 so very early in the season. The pools were closed which I didn’t know until getting there as it was shown when I booked that heated pools were all year round. There was apparently a sandstorm from Africa for a week prior to us coming which then closed the pools. The host offered us an extra night free however we already had our flights back to Athens booked so couldn’t take advantage of that. Michaelis offered a dinner...

"There was an issue with the pool at the Cretan Lodge prior to our arrival, our hosts contacted us a few days before and asked if Canes Villa would be ok as a substitute as they recognized the importance of a pool for the kids. We were very happy with the location. It was very easy to get to all of the areas we had planned to visit while in thay region of Crete. We only used the main house as we were a family of 4 travelling with small children, but if travelling with a larger group or 2 families...

"Our two families (4 adults and 4 teens) enjoyed our time at Etoile Villa for three nights. We took advantage of the pool and the outdoor area. We enjoyed coffee in the morning outside, looking at the beautiful garden area. The location is good to be able to access many areas of the east side of Crete (a car is required). "Resort maravilhoso! A comida é deliciosa, e o ambiente é acolhedor, repleto de famílias e crianças se divertindo de diferentes partes do mundo. As áreas de lazer são excelentes, com diversas piscinas adequadas para todas as idades, apenas senti falta de serem aquecidas, mas certamente no alto verão o clima deve tornar a experiência ainda melhor. As camas são muito confortáveis, tudo extremamente limpo e bem organizado. O atendimento foi impecável: tivemos que alterar a data do jantar, e a atendente foi muito atenciosa, encontrando prontamente uma nova mesa para que pudéssemos jantar sem qualquer inconveniente. Uma estadia encantadora, com ótimas lembranças e desejo de retornar em breve! "
