As you enter your accommodation you will be welcomed by an open-plan living area! Immediately you will face the living room area featuring a large comfortable corner sofa and a flat-screen TV. There is a designated working space located in a remote section from a family-room.

Further inside the room you will come across a dining area and fully stocked kitchen. In the kitchen, you will find enough cooking utensils along with pots and pans that you can use to prepare nearly every meal that you fancy!

As you move upstairs you will find two bedrooms and the main bathroom! In each bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed, and split unit air conditioners that can keep you cool during the warm sunny days and heat the place during the winter! In addition, in every bedroom, you will find large storage areas where you can store your belongings!

Furthermore, the apartment features a beautiful and relaxing terrace with a lovely quiet street view. Under the shaded garden space you will find a relaxing area to embrace you outdoor moments! This is the perfect spot to enjoy your early morning coffee or your cold drink in the afternoon!

GUEST REGISTRATION All guests are required to fill, sign and provide proof of ID via our online registration form before arrival. We are obliged to ask for this information by our management agreement with the owner and it only takes 1 minute to fill out and submit the form. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.

THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.

PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!

EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.

• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.

• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair

• Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.



FOR SMART TV WITH NO CHANNELS: Our listing includes a smart TV, but it does not have satellite channels. However, feel free to browse the web, watch YouTube, or log in to your Netflix account.

FOR CARDS: Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Please remember to remove it from the card holder when you leave the apartment.

FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group.

ELECTRICITY
IMPORTANT - Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Notice:
We are committed to promoting efficient energy use in our community to support sustainability and provide a comfortable stay. Please note the following electricity usage limits:

* Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment: 130 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 18.5 KWH.
* 2 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 150 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 21.4 KWH.
* 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH.
* 2 Bedroom Villa with pool: 220 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 31.4 KWH.
* 3 Bedroom Villa pool: 250 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 35.7 KWH.


If your usage exceeds these limits, an additional charge of 0.36 EUR per extra KWH will apply daily. This policy helps ensure fair energy use and encourages mindful consumption, benefiting both the environment and your wallet.

Amazing terrace

Fab apartment with the biggest terrace I have ever seen, lovely far reaching views and a glimpse of the sea! Comfy beds, ample storage, clean and tidy. Lovely area with all you need closeby. More sunloungers and an info pack then it would be perfect!

Oroklini Appartment stay

Overall we were pleased with the Appartment and the location. The Sun terrace was massive and in the sun all day. Inside was adequate clean and tidy but if there was four guests there was a shortage of chairs in the living area with only a worn sofa and one other chair. In the kitchen there was only two cereal bowls and one teaspoon. Overall we were happy with the Appartment but it needed a bit of TLC.
