"Great Location and Management. This is an older place that is in the process of being updated. Due to our circumstances, we had an opportunity to stay in all three room types; all were clean and well-maintained. Lisa and John were more than accommodating for our extended stay. The other guests here were obviously having a good time fishing and swimming at the beach. Steps away, there is a nice deck, owned by Ocean Crest, leading directly onto the beach. "We have been staying at the Van Lee for over 15 years but this was our second year staying in this unit and we will book it again next year! We have small children from 9 months to 7 years old and this until was so comfortable for us. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. From the moment I opened the door, the view which greeted me was breathtaking. The apartment was beautifully decorated and comfortable. "We had such a great time at Dalton’s Sand and Surf Condo! Beautiful place! Very Clean! The balcony views were spectacular! Four Adults stayed there and we had plenty of room! Great restaurants nearby as well!The Host Jamie responded quickly to my questions, several times! I really appreciated that!
