Thanks for your stay and comments! Unfortunately it has been extremely rainy the past few weeks causing much higher than normal vegetation growth for this time of year. We do spray, pull overgrowth, and have mulch re spread monthly to keep the growth at a minimum and most of the property is zero scape.

I’m sorry you ran out of propane during your stay. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a full tank for each rental period as stated in the lease. We do our best to ensure there is propane for the grill upon arrival but cannot foresee the level of the tank. We would have to exchange half or 3/4 full tanks to do so and that’s impractical.

Thank you for your review! We enjoyed having you as guests! It is 352 yards to the beach from our front door so about 3 1/2 football fields or about a 5 minute walk! There is free beach front parking or we provide a large wagon with air filled rubber wheels to transport beach items for those that enjoy the stroll.

First, thank you for the review. I personally came in after your check out for cleaning and maintenance. The hot tub is indeed working properly with no issues. It is fully automated. It stays permanently plugged in. It runs every day from 230-330pm and will also run if the water temperature drops below 100F. In addition to its automation it can be run manually when in use. You likely didn’t hear it as it is brand new and very quiet and the insulated doors and windows of the home keep sound out. We leave out enough bath towels to accommodate up to 8 guests for 1 week. There are actually 10. They are all kept in the hall closet. In addition to that we leave a hand towel in each bathroom, an additional two hand towels and 10 wash cloths in the same closet. We also have several pool towels in laundry room. We also have washer and dryer onsite if you need to wash towels during your stay. We have a mixture of Sealy, Panama Jack, and Mainstays sheets for each bed. High end sheets would result in many charges to guests when they stain them with eye makeup (a frequent occurrence) or kids spills. Mid range sheets are comfortable and disposable without having to charge each time a set has to be disposed of. Thanks for your feedback and we’re glad you enjoyed your stay

Unfortunately with the power out in the area for almost 2 days prior to your arrival the pool and spa pumps were unable to run and circulate the water and chemicals causing the water issues. With a 25,000 gallon pool and bromine spa it took a half day to clear out and another day to get back to perfect. We did everything we could and had the service respond at 7am but the power issue was beyond our control unfortunately. The holiday weekend caused the garbage pickup issue and that was my oversight. It was put out by the previous guests after the service had come for pick up on the holiday schedule. Once a person books the home it’s always easier to communicate by phone or text as opposed to the VRBO messaging service and we do provide our phone numbers at the property, but either way is always an option for the guests. We hope to see you again in the future!
