"We had two rooms. One smelled like dogs. One smelled strongly of Febreze. My daughter walked around on the floors without shoes on for a short time and her feet were black afterward. I would have thought they would have mopped with no carpet. The stairwell by the pool stunk so badly. I wanted to switch hotels as soon as I saw the property, but apparently it was a busy weekend in the area and I couldn’t find a room anywhere else."

"I expected a nicer room for the price! there was no bathroom exhaust fan, deal breaker especially with the closet style door for the bathroom. i'm pretty sure you have to have a bathroom exhaust fan, that's code! also the shower door is backwards and doesn't close so the floor gets soaked. no usb charge ports so don't forget to bring your own! the room key card didn't work the second night so I had to walk all the way around the place with our luggage to the office to get another key card, ...

"I was exhausted and stayed here against my better judgment, but hotels elsewhere were so much more expensive and there was a huge fire filling the air with smoke, so I got basically the last room here. I think the cleaning person got interrupted, because there was no toilet paper in the room (I had to go down to the front desk to get it, bc there was no one available to bring it to me). "Our room smelled like a restaurant kitchen fryer. There was stuff all under the floor including a broken off false fingernail. We complained, and they offered to clean the floors, but not switch rooms. The fingernail was gone upon our return, but the floor still had visible stuff all over. It appeared to be rice and crumbs. We were stuck with the smell and were disgusted by the entire stay. If we hadn't gotten back from our concert after 11pm, we would have considered trying to find a new place."

"The staff was friendly. The pool was small. No breakfast. The towel holder fell off the wall. There was a little water leaking in the bathroom corner, our air conditioner broke down and it took 12 hours to get it replaced while it was 100 degrees out."

When we got there late in the evening we found it does not - under any circumstances - allow cats which is what our pet happens to be. This left us in a terrible spot as we could only find alternative accommodations two hours away."
