On a very private oversized yard is our detached condominium which comes fully updated with washer/dryer, a large private patio, updated bathrooms, and plenty of space for your family to relax and enjoy! Our home, while a condo, doesnā€™t share any walls with neighbors so there is perfect peace. Ā 
A 10 minute walk down Nauset Beach road and you are at one of the most magnificent beaches in the world. Ā Do it with an early morning coffee or evening cocktail, and youā€™ll be equally as inspired! Ā Shorebirds, seals, and wildlife abound at the Nauset marsh and your kids will love ice cream and seafood from our famous Liamā€™s at the beach! Ā An evening bbq, yard games, board games and many comfortable areas to sit and connect with friends and family make this condo the perfect choice for your next Cape Cod getaway! New for 2023, a mini-split AC system has been installed to keep you cool all summer long!

This property was great for our visit. It was close to where I needed to be. We didn't spend much time in the home unfortunately. I will say we had to call for service and Del Mar was amazing!

We enjoyed everything but not having toiletries available is a mistake. Not sure why they made that decision but it should be reconsidered

Great location and nice property

We enjoyed staying at this roomy and perfectly located home. Being so close to Nauset beach and downtown Orleans was awesome. Our 1 complaint and reason for the 4 star rating is that the cleaning was over the top. For example - the refrigerator smelled strongly of bleach and it was so bad we could not use the refrigerator to store any food during our stay. When we first arrived, the home itself also had a strong cleaning smell that was very noticeable until we had opened all the windows and aired things out for hours. I'd recommend that your cleaning service turn it down on the cleaners used.

Prime location!

Extremely clean, very comfortable, great location! We loved our three weeks in this lovely home. Our adult children joined us for a few days and it was perfect. Great beach days, grilled out, played games. Such a wonderful time. Canā€™t wait to return!

Awesome stay for our family celebration!

We treated my Mom to a trip to The Cape for her 90th birthday and our stay here could not have been better! The home is well appointed; plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. The kitchen has everything you need and thereā€™s ample linens. DelMar is extremely responsive to concerns. The mattress in the back bedroom was way too firm for me and they brought over a mattress topper . Slept well the next two nights.

Property was exactly as advertised, very clean with a well equipped kitchen. Centrally located with everything you could need within a close drive. We would definitely consider this property for future trips to the Cape.

Long weekend trip

The condo was lovely! Tons of space for playing games and lounging around for a family trip. Beautifully appointed and larger than we expected. Walking distance to Nauset Beach and a short drive from great restaurants and Skaket beach. Highly recommend!

Awesome week on the Cape

Overall it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Property was top-notch, clean, comfortable, and ideally located. Owners were attentive, polite, and provided everything we could have asked for. See you next year!

Sweet Serenity in Orleans

My mom and I absolutely loved your property. It was cozy, comfortable and clean. The central location was perfect for day trips to Provincetown and to Nantucket. The proximity to the beach, grocery stores, shops and restaurants was also perfect. The town itself is so beautiful and quaint we just fell in love with the area. We loved the peace and quiet of the area in this off-season time. The only downsides to the property were that the pillow shams looked Dirty, the light fixture in the downstairs bathroom needs to be fixed and one of the windows in the TV room needs to have the lock checked. Overall, I would recommend this property to families or friends. It was wonderful and I hope to visit again one day!

We had a nice time. The weather wasn't the best for beach or outside trips. It was a great place to relax. Kitchen well equipped. We felt at home and treated the house as such. We weren't able to hear the ocean from the house though

Nice private unit attached to a Cape Cod house

This unit is attached at the back corner of an older Cape Cod home. There are 5 units on this property- 3 divided up in the original home. This unit was an add on and there is a 5th free standing cottage, probably built in the 50ā€™s or 60ā€™s. This unit looks to be built in the 60ā€™s and has a private seating area in the back. While the kitchen appears to be original, the rest of the unit has been updated with white paint and newer furnishings. A 10-15 minute walk takes you to Nauset Beach and the bay side of the Cape can be reached in a 20-30 minute walk. There are also nice neighborhoods nearby for strolling.
