Great Room – 24’x15’ sunken living room with floor to ceiling water views and sliders to the heated pool and dock – a peaceful room for relaxation and inspiration.

Game – 25’x19’ in the lower level with great views of water and door right out to the yard. Have fun playing pool, watching movies on the flat screen TV or playing the electronic piano key board.

Screened in Porch – 12’x19’ located off the living room. Breath in the fresh air and take in the water view while enjoying your morning coffee.

Rooftop Deck – 29’x19’ Rooftop Deck with chairs and tables. Spectacular views of pochet inlet and Nauset Beach during the day, and night a great place for stargazing!

The Kayak's on the property and the garage are not available for use during rental; The Jacuzzi in the Swan Suite is not available for guest use.
