It’s spacious, peaceful, and has everything you’ll need to have fun while still feeling at home.
Our house is located in the renowned Veranda Palms Resort, a gated community known for its tranquility and great location — which makes all the difference.
You’ll love being close to the parks (15 minutes from Disney, 18 minutes from SeaWorld, and 20 minutes from Universal).
Besides the parks, you’ll be very close to the lively Highway 192, full of restaurants, stores, and attractions, as well as Disney Springs, a perfect spot for dinner or an evening stroll (if you’ve never been there, it’s truly worth a visit — an enchanting place for kids and adults alike).
The community is safe, with 24-hour gated security, a gym, a resort-style pool with splash pad, lots of green space, and a beautiful lake that makes the atmosphere even more pleasant.
It’s the kind of place where you just want to stay a little longer.

The house is spacious, bright, and fully air-conditioned. We’ve taken care of every detail so your stay feels light and easy. Every room has fast Wi-Fi and a TV, and you’ll find everything you need close at hand.
There are nine distinct areas, thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and plenty of family interaction (creating fond memories with our kids was our main goal):
Living Room – wide, bright, and cozy. This is where you relax, talk, and enjoy the evening after a day at the parks.
Dining Room – a large, comfortable table perfect for bringing everyone together for good meals and conversations about the day’s experiences.
TV Room – pure relaxation, with a big, soft sofa that feels like a hug and a 75” TV — the perfect space for movie nights or calm mornings filled with natural light and a view of the pool and forest beyond.
Game Room – a vibrant space with a pool table, table games, and a small play corner for the little ones. Fun for all ages!
Kitchen – fully equipped with granite countertops, modern appliances, and a breakfast bar with elegant stools — perfect for quick meals before heading out.
It includes high-quality appliances (cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) and all utensils — coffee maker, toaster, blender, and much more. There’s also a breakfast bar and breakfast table — ideal for easy mornings before going out.
Bedrooms
Each bedroom has its own style and was designed for comfort:
Master Suite: king-size bed, bathroom with jacuzzi, and walk-in closet — a true invitation to rest.
Second Suite: queen-size bed and private TV — charming and cozy.
Mickey Room: playful and delightful, Disney-themed décor with character figures and two twin beds overlooking the pool.
Star Wars Room: a galactic experience with themed décor, collectible figures, and two twin beds overlooking the pool.
Private Pool
Enjoy the screened-in private pool with lounge chairs, umbrellas, a snack table, and plenty of space to enjoy the Florida sunshine in peace. The pool depth ranges from 3 to 6 feet.
If you’d like, heating can be added for an additional $35/day — just let us know in advance.

Because comfort goes beyond walls and furniture — it’s about feeling at home, wherever you are. The house is quiet, comfortable, and has that homely warmth we all look for when we’re away.
Now, going back to talk about the Villa, the Veranda Palms Resort is one of the best-located communities in Kissimmee.
It’s in a peaceful area surrounded by nature, right next to Shingle Creek Preserve, a natural reserve with trails and walking paths.
The community is gated with 24-hour security, ensuring safety and privacy.
The amenities are complete: a resort-style zero-entry pool, children’s splash area with slides, well-equipped gym, playground, trails, and green area with a lake. It’s a great place for both relaxation and family trips.
We’re just 4 miles (6.5 km) from Old Town Kissimmee, with its charming shops, amusement rides, and vintage cars. The Vineland Premium Outlets, perfect for shopping, are about 9 miles (14 km) away.

There you’ll find well-known favorites such as Olive Garden, Red Lobster, TGI Friday’s, Applebee’s, Smokey Bones BBQ, and Outback Steakhouse, along with fast-food options like McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Panda Express, Taco Bell, and Chick-fil-A. There are also pizzerias, coffee shops, bakeries, and Brazilian restaurants in the area.
