Disconnect and enjoy your vacation in this spacious and serene villa near Disney at Solterra Resort community. A wonderful villa appointed 6 bed 5.5 bath home for 12 people! You can spend time in our private pool overlooking the florida valley while someone is grilling! 30 minutes from Universal and Sea World.

WELCOME TO SOLTERRA COMMUNITY!
Solterra Resort is a charming and private community, offering deluxe amenities and entertainment. It has a large clubhouse of 5,600 square feet. Guests can enjoy an oversized pool, meandering lazy river, water slide, tennis courts, fitness center, restaurant, and various activities. (This is an extra payment to access the club and is not included in the reservation, please contact me for more infomation)

Guests are welcome to use the entire house with the exception of the owner's closet which is locked. Each reservation is assigned a code for the house's smart lock system.

At the house there is parking only for 4 (two in the caraje and two outside the garage), parking on the grass and sidewalks is not allowed, street parking is not allowed overnight (according to the rules of the association). Towing is strictly enforced by the association. In case you need extra parking, look for it in advance.

First Floor
Relax in the spacious living room and enjoy the big screen smart TV, including Disney+, HULU and ESPN+ streaming services, plus high speed internet.

The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, quartz countertops and plenty of cabinets plumb you'll get everything you need to cook alongside the large quartz center island which provides great work space and seating for 4, perfect for a tasty meal or breakfast.

Alternatively, use our large wooden dining room equipped with a bar cart so you don't have to move or miss a moment.

Also Enjoy the sun and the natural landscape of Florida throughout the day on the outdoor terrace with private pool. If you like to cook a generous grill you can use our beautiful outdoor dining area, the grill, an extra outdoor table, kitchen accessories and extra chairs so you can spend great moments with the family.

-Main suite: 1 king size bed, Smart TV and private bathroom with jacuzzi
-Themed bedroom "Expediciones a la Selva": 1 full size bed, 1 twin size bed, Smart TV, closet, private bathroom.

Second floor
You'll love spending your evenings in the privacy of the entertainment center that features an arcade machine, air hockey, foosball, a 70" Smart TV and comfortable sofas for family fun. play and have fun!
