We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. • We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

•🚧 Community Notice: Windsor Hills is scheduled for roadway improvements January 5–31, 2027. There may be some temporary road closures, parking changes, or access adjustments in certain areas while construction work is underway. The schedule will vary with weather and contractor progress.

• Please note that Windsor Hills registration system requires an ePass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.

• No need to worry if you arrive late, we offer keyless pad entry! Additional details will be provided upon booking.

• Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
