Please note:

- All guests can enjoy the many resort amenities free of charge including access to Windsor Hills Water park featuring dueling water slides, Olympic size lagoon style pool and hot tub, toddler pool, fitness center with top-of-the-line fitness equipment, recreational park with tennis, putting green, volleyball, children’s playground, a picnic area, game room, high definition surround sound movie theater with 800 + titles, cyber café, and market place & grill.

- Please note that Windsor Hills registration system requires an ePass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.

- 6 Guests Maximum.

- Unregistered guests are not allowed.

- Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

- We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

- Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

- Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

- No need to worry if you arrive late, we offer keyless pad entry! Additional details will be provided upon booking.

- Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
