Welcome to Westside Deluxe. You and your family will immediately love this wonderful vacation home from the moment you take a step inside. There's plenty of room at the dining table that seats 10 for a large family meal. The spacious fully-equipped kitchen has all the appliances and necessities you'll need to make a home-cooked meal for the holidays or just prepare a quick snack to go. The breakfast bar has additional bar stools available.

When you've had a long day out at the theme parks, shopping, or exploring the Orlando area you'll be glad to come back to a refreshing swim in the pool or soaking in the spa to relax your body. Take your meals out to the patio table or lounge around the pool sharing conversations about the adventures you've had. Get lost in thought while looking out to the lake behind the home. Downstairs bedrooms include the master room with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanity, bathtub, walk-in shower, and 2 walk-in closets. There's even a private entryway to the pool area. The other downstairs bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has a shared bathroom close by. Upstairs you'll find 2 additional suites with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. There are 2 more bedrooms with king-sized beds and 2 bedrooms the kids will adore, one of these has a custom-built bunk bed!

Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
Tax is not included in nightly rates
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.
Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 4 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
