Convenient Location

Wonderful property. Very clean with comfortable furniture. Safe and secure gated community. Check in is with an agency and someone is available 24 hours/ day. We had a minor issue that was addressed immediately. The people working at check in are friendly and informative. Would definitely stay here again.

Love Vista Cay

This is our second time staying at Vista Cay, one thing we love is that it is close to the Publix to run out and grab anything as well as having several dining options just outside of the gate. Love Vista Cay pool and condo's. We will return again!

Nice quiet relaxing location

Publix was walking distance. Great pizza place in the same location. Condo was quiet with a great balcony to relax on in the evenings. Beauty view of the sunset. Close to the pool.

Nice place!

Overall our stay was great. The website and signs need to be updated though, website said there is a shuttle service which there is not. Signs also said pools open til 11 they closed at 10:30. Many of the restaurants listed on the website and in the room were closed. Our ice maker did not work either. Beds were comfortable and the condo itself was nice, I would definitely stay at this resort again.

VRBO is terrific but this property needed some very routine repairs and some upgrades.

Air conditioner was not sufficient for FL weather

The positives about this property was that it was clean, the pool was very close to the room and beach towels were provided. The biggest negative was the air conditioner. The weather is very hot in FL and I was not permitted to turn the air conditioner below 73 degrees due to a sign above the control that said the AC must stay above 72. The unit was never cool enough the entire 3 nights my family and I stayed there even with all the fans running constantly. The master bedroom was very hot even with the fan full blast. The lights in the master bedroom never worked even when climbing on the bed to pull the cord and calling for maintenance. The switch on the wall that controlled the fan and lights didn't work. The shower curtain in the 2nd bathroom kept falling partially off the rod and when a bath was taken in that same bathroom in the tub there was black stuff that came off the drain plug. The drain plug in the same bathroom in the sink would not come up to drain the water as it was running.

Just a few improvements

Thought overall the condo and property were very nice and clean. Just a few recommendations: more towels would be nice. Lighter blankets for the beds so if you don't want the heavy down comforters, but want something more than the sheet would be nice. A box of Kleenex would be nice to have as well in the bathrooms. Minor things that just make the stay a little more comfortable.

Convention stay

we rented a 2 bedroom condo that was walking distance to the Orange county convention center. Very nice room suitable for 2 business people under $200.00 per night. Shuttle was provided from the club house if you didn't want to walk. Publix grocery store close by.

Clean, spacious apartment

I stayed in this condo during a work trip. It had many amenities making my stay comfortable - kitchen, large bathrooms, patio, etc. My only critique is that the carpets had recently been shampooed which left a strong smell. It disapated the longer I was there. This condo would be great for a family of four traveling to Disney for example, although the property is about 20 minutes away. Do take your own toiletries. The ones provided are small and poor quality. Also bring coffee filters and grounds of you don't like prepackaged coffee brewing. I did not go to the pool or visit any of the other facilities so I can't comment on those. There are plenty of nearby stores if u need anything. Publix, Walgreen, etc. - within walking distance.
