This single-story 5-bedroom home in Lake Berkley Resort holds up to 12 guests, 15 minutes from Disney, with a private heatable pool on a covered screened patio. Everything is on one level, which matters with grandparents or small children, and the queen master opens onto the pool. The bunk room, with four twin beds, sleeps a group of kids on its own. The bright living room with a 50-inch TV flows into a dining table for eight, so a large group eats together after the parks.

Distances by car: Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom) 12-18 min, Universal Studios 22-30 min, SeaWorld 18-25 min, Orlando International Airport (MCO) 25-32 min, Walmart 2-5 min, Vineland Outlets 12-18 min.
A car is the practical way to reach the parks and move around Orlando, with free on-site parking and quick access to US-192 and I-4. Rideshare such as Uber and Lyft works well for nights out without driving.
