This property was perfect for our family to travel together for the holiday. We haven’t all stayed on one house together in over 20 years! We were able to enjoy meals together- the kitchen was totally stocked with everything that you could ever need. In addition to the downstairs living room there was a family space upstairs too. We enjoyed the pool and game room too. Thank you

A Wonderful Stay

We had a great week at this home. We enjoyed days by the pool when we weren't out adventuring. We made meals and ate at the house. We had plenty of space for 6 people. Owner was very responsive to communication. We hated to leave!

Great holiday Villa!

The villa was very tastefully decorated, comfortable and equipped to a very high standard. It would have been nice to have had another settee to sit on when we were all in the lounge area, rather than the 2 chairs.The pool was well heated,which we had paid extra for.We did have a few issues whilst there, which Yvonne did her best to rectify through her managing company. Unfortunately, the ongoing patio door problem to the pool area was not sorted, despite visits from the Managing Company. It was difficult to slide open and close and an alarm would go off, if not achieved quickly enough.There were instructions for safety, that this should not be disengaged.The outdoor fan could not be switched off, but a new one is due to be fitted.Yvonne always got back to us promptly and did her best to rectify the above from the UK.Yvonne also provided us with a large sun umberella and stand, to shelter some of our family from the hot evening sun. This request was met with very promptly and one delivered the next day.It is a shame that there is not a Very Good category to rate Yvonnes property. The only reason we haven't rated overall excellent, is due to the above items.Despite that, we would not hesitate to recommend to any future renters who want to stay in the Davenport area.

Fabulous!

We stayed for a month and this home had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. The property was clean and well-maintained. The attention to details was like staying in a 5-star resort. The outdoor area had five loungers, a large table with chairs, and a comfortable seating area and includes the use of a grill. I will be booking this home again for next year. I think I found my forever home in Florida.

Great house, convenient lovation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! House was exactly as described and there is enough space to spread out. It is within walking distance to resort pool and just a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay at Villa Peacock

The property was as shown in the pictures, clean and spacious. Beds were really comfortable. The pool was a decent size and clean. We had the pool heat and it was a good temperature. Yvonne was very helpful and prompt at responding when we booked and in advance of our holiday. And we had a contact whilst we were on holiday, who we only needed to speak to once whilst away and again she was helpful. The clubhouse facilities and pool were a nice extra, which we didn't think we'd use, but actually did on a number of occasions. Food was good there too. Overall a really enjoyable stay, I'd definitely recommend it.

Love it here

Our second time, and it did not disappoint!!! Yvonne is great to connect with prior to booking, and Sharon was great at resolving the door handle and toilet sticking…they had someone there very quickly, and it was resolved without issue for us. We love the home, the yard, and the resort itself. We look forward to our next trip (whenever that may be).

2023 Disney Family Vacation

We enjoyed the home. As a family it was the perfect place. Kids loved the pool and the bonus room. Adults enjoyed it all as well. It was located close enough to DisneyWorld for a short trip there and back.

Just Perfect

This was our first family trip and Yvonne made everything so easy. Check-in instructions were very easy to follow as were check-out. The house was very clean and spacious. The bedrooms were bigger than what we expected which was great. The kids LOVED the swimming pool. Even with everyone in the pool, there was still enough room to swim without worrying about bumping into others. I only wished that we were able to stay a little longer so we could have enjoyed what the clubhouse has to offer but we'll save that for our next trip. Overall, it was a great experience and the kids are already asking when we can go back.

Mooie villa, leuk zwembad

Villa was oké, een paar kleine mankementjes, zo stond er schimmel in de potjes in de badkamers, er lag een vuile handddoek achter een deur, een bed as wat wankel . De garage konden we bijna niet gebruiken omdat er geen koeling was. Al bij al wel een leuk verblijf gehad.

Loved it here!

What an amazing place! We had a wonderful week here. Beautiful, clean, and well kept house that is even more beautiful than the pictures elude to. Outdoor furniture, pool, and spa were lovely and heated to the perfect temperature. All beds were comfortable and towels were good quality and plentiful. Host (Yvonne) was always very responsive and provided hand soap, dishwasher pods, dish soap, toilet paper, and laundry soap that would last most of your stay if you wanted to use, and we topped that up as needed. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need!! Games room was also great. Washer and dryer worked well. The bathroom and shower entrance from the backyard pool was very convenient for children (and adults) post swimming! The resort itself offers an additional beautiful pool, a water slide our kids loved, and a little lazy river with free access for all guests. We couldn’t be happier with our visit and look forward to returning sometime! PS. House is also close to a Target, grocery store, and approximately 30 minutes to Disney and Universal pending traffic.

Superb spacious home

Superb spacious home for our family gathering. Plenty of separate spaces for multiple activities for the grandchildren. Main floor bedroom was ideal for grandparents. Nice community pool, water slide, lazy river and fitness room. Kitchen was very well stocked. Overall it was perfect for us.

Beautiful Home!

My family really enjoyed staying in this home. The home was beautifully decorated and the living spaces spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. The amenities were great too! The kids loved the property clubhouse which included a spacious pool, lazy river, water slide, playground, and a cafe. I will definitely try to rent this property again when in the Orlando area.

Communication is the 🔑

Yvonne always communicated from the beginning of the process till the end. The home was picture perfect just as advertised. There was plenty of dishes, pots n pans, utensils, and enough room to accommodate my family's needs. I would definitely choose your home again. Also, the new patio furniture looks nice.

Perfect home away from home

The property was very clean and just as pictured. The host was very responsive throughout our stay. Pool heat was available as soon as we checked in and we were able to swim immediately. The welcome information we received was clear and concise and made checking in and enjoying the property a breeze. The added bonus of enjoying the resort pool lazy river and water slide made our stay feel like such a deal. We had small children and spent a whole day at the resort pool area which also has a snack bar available for lunch. The home is located just across from the resort pool area which was especially convenient with small children. There were an abundance of pool towels and the pool attached to the home was nice as well as the spa which got nice and warm. The pool furniture was beautiful and comfy there is a full sized table available for lunch by the pool. The kitchen has everything required to cook and enjoy meals at home. We received grocery delivery from Walmart and Target and there is also a Publix near by. If you don't book this property you are missing out!

Awesome family home.

Had a wonderful Christmas holiday with our 3 grown children and their families. The Peacock Villa was one of the two homes we rented and was perfect for all ages. Bigger kids loved the game room and pool and baby gear was readily available. Thank you for the use of your Christmas tree. It made things very festive. Great owner who communicates regularly. Highly recommend this home.

Loved the "Peacock House" !!!!!

We had such a lovely time staying here. Nicely set up home with lots to do. We had a group of 7 adults (5 were young adults) so we took FULL advantage of the hot tub, game room, TV room and (for me) the well equipped kitchen !!!! Plenty of room for everyone. Patio area is wonderful with lots of seating. We did have some issues with the pool heat (which never did warm up enough to swim), and also had some initial issues with the hot tub heat which the property manager, Monique helped to resolve. Perhaps think twice if you are intending to pay for pool heat to use the pool and not the hot tub .... as we never did get the pool temp resolved. I believe they put time constraints on the pool heat which didn't work for us as we wanted to swim in the evening, not during the day. But all in all, a wonderful stay. Excellent location with Publix and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Thank you, Yvonne for a wonderful time.
