Villa in Kissimmee next to Disney!

Central 2b/2b with private game room, with pool and COLD spa ONLY. No pool heating, No Hot tub at the moment.
The house is set on the Disney area of Orlando. 8 minutes away from Disney World and 15 minutes away from Island of Adventures and Universal Studios. The house yard are completely fenced. Get ready experience a mini oasis in a tranquil neighborhood for family stays where you have plenty of room for everyone. This corner lot home in a fantastic location just minutes from theme parks, entertainment, restaurants, shopping and easy access to major highways. With its rich green lawn and large front window our home immediately feels as welcoming as its bright sunshine colors. That impression continues as you step through the homeā€™s door to the family room. A magnificent chandelier, chosen to highlight the Spanish Revival-style architecture, hangs overhead in the vaulted ceiling. The kitchen is open to the family and dining room, its wooden cabinetry and marble countertops too beautiful to be hidden away. Whether youā€™re cooking lunch for a crowd or dinner for two, this area has been designed for entertaining. A below-counter microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with built in Bluetooth speaker for music, coffee and tea station and plenty of storage space.
From the dining room you can access the covered lanai and lovely pool with spa. Enjoy your evenings grilling by the pool and relaxing to a beautiful sunset. Outside the covered pool, walk to the nature of the large paver patio and enjoy the view of flowers sitting in the comfortable chairs at the patio table.
Back inside, the Master bedroom has a large colonial window as well as the living room with nice view of the pool area. There are two full bathrooms in the house. Last but not least, our game room is prepared with a variety of activities for you and your family to enjoy, from the little ones to the bigger ones.

TERRIBLE!!! Filthy, outdated, overpriced, and awful host!!

Where do I begin? If I could give this home/host a lower rating I absolutely would! On the day that we arrived we had to wait at the property for over 30 minutes to get the keypad code to the front door and upon our arrival we were met with three overflowing disgusting trash bins outside in the Florida heat from previous guests that were never emptied. The inside of the home is very outdated and not well kept. The longer we stayed the worse it got! After traveling all day we decided to take showers for the night and try to get some sleep. However, there was absolutely no hot water and when I brought this to the hosts attention, she informed me that there was a natural gas outage in the area, which turned out to be a complete lie. In fact the next morning, when I reached out about the water issue, she informed us that they had been there to reconnect the natural gas, but we missed the appointment that we were never informed of and honestly shouldnā€™t have been required to do. This is also when she informed us that the natural gas had been disconnected because she failed to pay the bill and that we would need to stay there for the rest of the day so the gas company could come back to turn the meter on. Due to a national convention being held in the area we were unable to find anywhere else to stay otherwise we would have left. The host gave us a small portion of our money back, but the money returned was definitely not worth the hassle or the price! Rent at your own risk!!!

Perfect getaway to enjoy theme parks

The property was close to everything needed....Universal, SeaWorld, Publix, shopping and Walmart for any last minute items. The home was perfect size for a family of 4-5 people with all kitchen and bath items provided.

Even Better Than Before

We have stayed at this house a number of times and have always enjoyed the house. Since our last trip here some new tiles replaced the previous carpeting and are a really nice upgrade! The property was very clean and is always well appointed. Itā€™s a comfortable house, easy to get to, and the neighbors are very nice and friendly. This house has more plants than any other rentals I have done in Indian Wells and they add a really nice touch to finish things off. Always a pleasure to be here and we will be back again soon!

Great location for where we needed to be everyday. House was nice. Only complaint was the sticky floor ( whatever the cleaning people use I don't think they use enough water with the solution) and the bottom of the stove wasn't cleaned inside. I would definitely stay again if needed.

We had an amazing two-night stay at this charming Vrbo property! The location was perfect, just a short drive from Disney, making it so convenient for our theme park adventures. The home was beautifully decorated with lovely Southern charm, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, offering a much-needed retreat after busy days at the parks. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. House was adequate. Showed up to piles of trash & green pool.

When i arrived, trash was piled up at the street and the pool was green. It was 85 degrees in Nov. In the check in instructions-it sounds like chores are expected asap. States pull trash and recycles to road on X day. As the person checking in, does that mean night prior? Early morning? as soon as i arrive? This seems like a task a neighbor should be doing regularly. It was embarrassing to have that much trash piled by the street when the rest of the hood didn't. If you pay a lawn person, pool person, house keeper-pay someone ELSE to roll trash on proper days, not guests. They did send someone to take care of the pool-which meant someone was coming over, in our space for about an hour, to do the pool-and it felt awkward-like I couldn't enjoy the yard for havin to wait on the pool guy-which didn't clear up until 4 days later. The house was adequate but I wouldn't stay again due to these inconveniences.

The house did not give you homey vibes. We booked our Vacation in July with the house being listed that it had a heated pool and spa. The only reason we booked this place was because of the private pool and spa. To only discover when we got there that the Spa wasn't working, and the listing was changed to say it was a "COLD SPA ONLY". Needless to say, we did not get to enjoy the pool or spa at all during our stay. The Host will not respond back to me and has even ghosted VRBO. Yes, a complaint has been reported, and we are seeking some form of credit for the inconvenience.

Really not worth the money

There are a few upsides to this property, the location is so close to everything that's part of what made this place attractive. The fenced in backyard is a plus along with a unheated pool and a nice paved patio and some outdoor furniture to enjoy the Florida weather. Some of the plants are struggling but its winter so that's a non issue. The owner was very responsive as well. The real problems start with the carpet that is covered in pet stains. I realize that this is a pet friendly home but it was gross that the carpet looks like it has never been cleaned, it needs to be removed. The vents are covered in mold or dirt or I don't know, the shower floor had mildew and the lock to the back door won't lock so the only thing keeping it "closed" is the bar to prevent children from getting out but its broken as well and will still let the door open about 6-7 inches. The neighbor stopped be and asked me move the trash cans off the street. One of them isn't approved by the trash company and has been sitting full for weeks apparently. This property does have a lot of potential with a little work but we couldn't do it and left early. It ultimately wasn't worth staying here, which is unfortunate given its location.

We came to stay here for a holiday vacation. Within seconds of arriving you will notice the smell of dog urine, and spots on the rug. If you continue to walk around you will notice spots on the furniture. When you go outside to see your pool and ā€œhot tubā€ it will be cold. Within minutes of being there we called and asked for a refund. We were told we would only receive, 50% back. We took the offer and left.She said it said in the description that the pool and tub wasnā€™t working,however I believe the description was changed since our original booking. Donā€™t book here, do yourself a favor and use someone else to book.The pictures on the add, and the real thing are VERY DIFFERENT.

Perfect getaway for our large family

My family of 8 stayed here with our 2 dogs right after Hurricane Milton. I didn't have high expectations as a hurricane just hit, but the home was clean and ready for us. My kids were very excited about the home, especially the large pool and the "smart" refrigerator where they could watch YouTube and have dance parties together in the kitchen. The games in the garage were also a big hit with the kids as they loved playing pool and darts especially. The outside was my favorite part with the fruit trees, screened in patio, lots of seating, porch swing, and pool. It felt very relaxing and exactly what we wanted to come back to every day after visiting Disney World. The Disney Parks were close by and it was also very nice having a Walmart 3 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Relaxation

The home is designed a little differently than some of the other houses in Indian Wells, which is a nice change, but there are a number of other nice touches. My favorite touch is all of the plants around the house. It's just simply pleasant and comfortable and a nice place to hang out in. And the location is great. Give it a try!

It was okay.

Booked a week Wednesday-Tuesday. This property was a good location. Easy to access and near stores and a short drive to most places. The overall cleanliness was decentā€¦ it was mostly clean but a lot of pet stains on the carpet. This is definitely a very ā€œbare bonesā€ rental with few kitchen items, no grilling utensils, no extra garbage bags (we bought some), grill has seen better days, no regular pillows on the bunk beds, but found an extra in a closet. Thankfully it was just 3 of us so we made do. When we arrived the pool was green and dirty. Host was extremely responsive and had it taken care of ā€¦but unfortunately we couldnā€™t swim the first 3 days (Weā€™d, Thurs, Fri), so only got 1 day of the pool (Saturday) before we ended up checking out 2 days early (Sunday). It just wasnā€™t worth staying so we packed up and started our drive home.

This is a very nice property, and a unique design for a house in the Indian Wells development. I have stayed in houses in Indian Wells for thirty years, and this home felt the most like a real home. There were simply a number of small touches that were really nice and made it feel very comfortable and welcoming.
