At first look its a fantastic home, a lot of rooms, game garage, open living area, good pool..just great.
Checkin was great, constantly update mails about the procedure for late checkin.
Late checkin is at the maingate and then you can drive to the home. Super friendly personel at the gate.
We didnt got wifi started, so we started mailing and calling a few times and finally after 3 days the host of UPSTAY gave us a alternative (hidden) wifi+ code and that did work.
After a few days you start seeing things.
Coffeetable is wonky,
Matrasses are heavenly used, luckily we where there with only 4 people so we had beds to choose from.
All beds have different matrasses, some soft, some hard but mostly ready for replacement.
Carpet is really firty and around the edges and under doorways little nails come through..painfull on bare foot.
The projection cinema area is great, but..the furniture upstairs is broken and fixed with tape. There is no dvd player or streaming service for the cinema so remember to bring your own tablet-to-hdmi adapter ( or buy one at best buy for $15)
Dinningtable has only 6 seats, for 8 persons?
And the outside furniture ( sunbeds) are to old to lay on, your laying with your back on the steel frame.
But still.. we had a great time, great location and to be honest, the rental price for this 8 bedroom home was much lower then other ones so..there is a reason for it to be cheaper ofcourse.
