Guests will have exclusive access to the home, and also gain full access to Sonoma Resort, which features a clubhouse with a lounge, a large resort style swimming pool with poolside loungers, a fitness facility, and walking/jogging trails. Free onsite parking is available for up to 5 or 6 vehicles. Additional vehicles may park at the clubhouse; however, overnight parking is not permitted. . Sonoma Resort is located next to The Loop, a shopping and entertainment hub. It’s only minutes away from Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld, championship golf courses, upscale brand outlets, and malls.

Guest Access:

Parking:
The driveway is available for parking and can hold up to 5 or 6 cars with proper re arranging. Additional parking at the clubhouse but please note that overnight parking is not permitted.

The Neighborhood:
Sonoma Resort in Orlando, Florida is located next to The Loop, a shopping and entertainment hub. It’s only minutes away from Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld, championship golf courses, upscale brand outlets, and malls.

Getting Around:
Renting a car is recommended as it’s the most convenient option for getting around Orlando. Alternative options include public transportation, taxis, and uber service.

NOTE:

• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.
• Please note that if there are more than 5 or 6 cars, parking on the street is not permitted. Additional parking is available at the clubhouse, just a 3-minute walk away.

Additional Services:
• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

We're happy to deliver:
• Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in! Running low? Get a one-time refill for just $55 and keep the grill going!
• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
