A soft hum of the air‑conditioning welcomes you after a day of exploring the city, while the private fenced backyard invites you to unwind under string lights. The space feels both refreshed and inviting, a perfect blend of comfort and style for up to three guests.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom features one comfortable bed with fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets, providing a restful retreat for three guests.



Bathroom & laundry

A renovated bathroom offers bathroom essentials and plush towels. A free washer and dryer are conveniently located in‑unit, making longer stays effortless.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped for cooking at home, complete with a coffee maker for easy mornings. Bar‑height seating at the countertop creates a casual spot for meals, work, or planning the day ahead.



Living area

An open layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, fostering a seamless flow. A smart TV with streaming services and reliable Wi‑Fi make evenings relaxed and entertaining.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private, fully fenced backyard that feels like a small retreat. The patio is set up for outdoor dining, ideal for enjoying Orlando’s mild weather under the string lights.



Location & neighborhood

Nestled in College Park, you’re moments from tree‑lined streets, local breweries, and a variety of restaurants. Winter Park Village, downtown Orlando, the Science Center, and the Museum of Art are all within easy reach, while Disney World and Universal Studios are a short drive away.



Access & extras

A private entrance with self check‑in via smart lock ensures a smooth arrival. Free on‑site parking and additional street parking are available. A dedicated workspace in the common area and a single‑level layout make the home suitable for work, leisure, or a mix of both.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
